The logic being, according to Hudgens, that the whole nudie photo-scandal thing has made her a smarter and all-round wiser person – so does that mean you and I, chillin’ nekkid, is less a sexy time and more a meeting of the minds?
The starlet and HSM3 leading lady, 19, has opened up about the incident that gained her Internet notoriety and nearly cost her a lucrative Disney contract. As you may recall, Hudgens allegedly took some nudie pics for the amusement of her shiny looking BF Zac Efron. Unfortunately for her the pics were leaked and a tweenybopper nuclear fallout resulted. The star did what many would not, admitted it was her and that she made a mistake.
She now goes into more detail about her feelings about that turbulent time and insists it happened for a good reason and that she would not take the event back even if she could!
According to The Mirror:
“I think that everything happens for a reason and I wouldn’t take back anything I’ve done,” she says. “I don’t like talking about it because it was something that was meant to be private and I’d still like to keep it as private as I can.
“It was very traumatic and I was extremely upset it happened, but I wouldn’t have been able to get through it if it wasn’t for my family, friends and fans who supported me all the way.”
Vanessa was 18 when the provocative pictures showing her posing naked and in skimpy lingerie appeared. She publicly apologised and, despite speculation she would be dropped from High School Musical 3 – out today – Disney, who referred to it as a “lapse of judgment”, kept her in the cast.
“I feel that I’m growing up and I’m learning,” smiles Vanessa, now 19. “I’m in control of what’s happening next. At times it’s been hard, but I feel so lucky to be where I’m at now.”
This makes sense, I mean she would have to be pretty effing retarded to make the same mistake again, no? I hope you are reading this post very carefully Miley Cyrus!

of course they kept her in the cast. disney (as much as they want to be known as a “family friendly” place) is entirely based on sex. check out any of their movies from the 80s on and you’ll find references no matter how hidden.

hudgens nudie shots hit the web and all of a sudden dad wanted to sit down and watch HSM with his wife and daughters.
you know the execs at disney cream their pants every time the cheeto does something stupid because somewhere in the story the idiot script reader will say “the former mousketeer.”
miley has nothing to worry about, trust me. and if for some reason disney did dump her…she’d get bigger because some upstart “teen soap opera” (likely on the cw) will snap her up in a second.

Great comment that is true on so many levels. The whole Disney thing is very much based on eye-candy and sex-based euphamisms.
Also, if Miley does not end up a teen-mum, a druggie or on a CW show, I shall eat my own face.
