TLC win 10 Internets for beating Jon Gosselin in court, and putting a better handle on his out of control ego. They can trade in their Internets for spanking paddles and continue to spank Gosselin in life, rather than just in court.
TLC were the victors in the breach of contract suit. According to Radar Online, the network asked for a preliminary injunction. They were claiming he breached their contract as well as exclusivity and confidentiality agreements tied to Jon & Kate Plus 8. The breaches may not have been breaches, as it’s hard to breach a contract you lack the faculties to read. I have it on (not very) good authority that Gosselin took the contract as some form of decorated potty paper and used it for that purpose, rather than reading it. No shock really that there was NIL chance of him sticking to it and not getting his ass handed back to him.
Gosselin was at home eating bonbons, picking his crack, and crying stinky tears and was not present for the proceedings at the Maryland Circuit Court.
