Tina Fey is the well-chosen cover star for the November 2009 issue of Harper’s Bazaar magazine. In the issue the 39-year-old 30 Rock star talks about her look, her life and the dreaded needle.

    They couldn’t have chosen a better woman for the cover. She’s so beautiful…and smart. No senseless quotes for the sake of having a quotes coming from her!
