As we all know, SNL star, Tina Fey, is better at being Sarah Palin, than the real thing. However, the star has revealed, in an interview with TV guide, that she is so ovah spoofing the Republican vice-presidential candidate and plans to can the act altogether, if Palin gets elected [Website – Amy Grindhouse].
Fey tells TV Guide:
“Election time is always good for [SNL] and this is a bonkers election. And that lady is a media star. She is a fascinating person, she’s very likeable. She’s fun to play, and the two bits with Amy [Poehler], that was super fun.”
Regarding her plans to continue spoofing Palin, Fey adds, “We’re gonna take it week by week. If she wins, I’m done. I can’t do that for four years. And by ‘I’m done,’ I mean I’m leaving Earth.”
