Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland 2010 remake is still a few months away yet. To keep the media hyped, the movie makers sent out a bunch of press kits. Nothing odd there, you say. Well, screw you, wise ass. The press kit is awesome.
Zap 2 It posted some photos of the Russian Doll-effect kit. The outer kit itself is a pretty, but unremarkable, large faux antique Alice in Wonderland book. Inside that is a smaller book with illustrations of the movie locations and sets. Inside that book is another smaller book with illustrations of the characters. Inside that book is another smaller book containing a heavy metal key. The message on the key reveals it’s really a USB. The USB contains a new trailer and three photos.

Now that is a nice press kit, would love one of those and I’d wax lyrical about the movie in exchange for one LOL
Yup, it’s pretty damn cool. Shows how much detail and work they’re willing to put in… not to mention it must cost a fortune to make these!
—Over-processed (i.e. toooo much graphic design)
-over-produced (i.e. larded-up with pointless gesture
and ‘special’ fx) —and WAAAY tooo under-inspired.
-DON’T be so easily taken in!
