Taylor Momsen scraped off a little of her eye makeup and washed her raggedy weave, before starring on the cover of February 2010 Seventeen magazine.
The Gossip Girl star actually almost looks like her 16-years-of-age, rather than a 30-year-old possum who doubles as both a Courtney Love and Lindsay Lohan impersonator on alternating days of the week. The star has been catching a whole lot of flack in the media for dressing far, far older than she probably should. Even being seen with her tops hanging off and stockings and suspenders in lieu of any real kind of bottoms. Well, Seventeen don’t need no steenkin’ skanks. As you can see they slapped her with two shirts, one red one white, and more accessories than one would have thought necessary.

- But Taylor’s not figuring things out; she already knows: “[People] think most 16-year-olds don’t know what they want to do. But I actually really do, because I’ve been thinking about [music] since I was 2.”
