Thank heavens, we finally have an explanation for why Taylor Momsen flashes her nearly bare breasts during concerts, and smokes, and goes on stage wearing only underwear, and poses in little more for magazines, and shoots music videos naked, lives a secret life of crime as the Hamburglar. I’ve already posted some quotes from Momsen’s interview with Kerrang magazine. Earlier, we learnt that she was sorry for blaming her parents for her nasty attitude. Not sorry for her attitude; sorry she blamed her parents for using her as a child star, thus turning her into a brat. Momsen, who turns 18 on July 23, finally, tells Kerrang that because of some technicality in New York, she’s a legal adult. Asked if her parents were required to go on tour with her because of her young age, Momsen replied, ‘No, I’m a legal adult. Whatever that means. I graduated high school two years early, so I’m responsible for myself under some weird New York state law.’
