Taylor Momsen has formally given up on wearing pants, of any description, while in public. The Gossip Girl actress, who is trying her hand at singing (as that’s every actor’s fall back when their career is on the skids), was seen wearing this outfit yesterday afternoon. The teenager, still only 16-years-old, is in some kind of race with Miley Cyrus to see who can either be arrested for indecent exposure first or who can just flat out weird out enough people by turning up to public events with near nothing covering their bottom halves. My bet is on the latter as pantless Momsen is seen signing autographs and posing with her band The Pretty Reckless outside of the Fox Studio Building in New York City June 22, 2010.

I reckon she is getting pretty reckless about her dress sense. A nice short (ish) skirt would have been so nice.
