Xmas/ New Year wishes: Yulia Volkova and Lena Katina (English from 1 min in).
t.A.T.u. are all kinds of over pretending to be lesbian, they’re too busy making YouTube videos. This video shows the two girls of the band wishing their fans a Happy New Year, 2010. I totally didn’t even realise it was New Year’s Eve when I woke up this morning, in further proof that I need to lay off the meds. Some places in the world, for example Australia and New Zealand where it’s 1AM, are already celebrating 2010. Photos are already being released of the 2010 New Year’s celebrations. Pretending that I care more than I do, I’d like to wish you all a half-hearted Happy New Year or whatever too. Here’s to a sober 2010.
Happy 2010.
And remember, it’s NOT the start of a new decade. That only applies in Uhmerka.
Now let’s all get pissy drunk. Sobriety can wait a few more hours.
Happy 2010 to you too, Rain. A lot of people are doing Best [Whatever] of the Decade lists… as well as being too tired to think about that today, yeah, I realise next year is the start of a new decade. Here’s to a less annoying, less celebrity-death-filled 2010.
May the wind be always at your back,
May the road rise to meet your feet,
And may the Devil realize you’ve died,
Two hours AFTER the deed.
…two hours, yeah, that should be enough time. Sweet.
Hey Honey –
I meant to give you a big hug on your Christmas post, but I fell asleep – same on New Years. Is it me, or has it been a strange year??
Celebrity and personal losses, plus American political wack jobs, I dunno, man – I am tired.
But I am (maybe) one of your oldest buddies to say congratulations to you for still working hard, and keeping it real, seriously. I am so proud of you, your research, your honesty, and the fact that you do not adore jack-ass men, nor women.
T. loves that you seemed very focused on women’s issues this year, and he loves you for that, as do I.
It has been a weird year, but we are still managing to get fingers to the keys, right?
Love you forever, Ames – - – -

You’ve been missed. Thanks so much for the ongoing support! I don’t blame you for falling asleep at Christmas – other than the nice family time, it can all be underwhelming.
It has been a pretty awful year to be a celebrity. I told my parents about the site, and even they’d noticed the A-D listers dropping like flies. It’s been a good year for me, I’m working hard and not wanting to be known for falling into the same gossip traps as other bloggers/ or being too full of myself to admit mistakes. T’s words are appreciated. I just speak up, and unlike some bloggers I’m not that bothered about offending woman-beating celebs etc.. Calling them out doesn’t stop me sleeping at night, nope. I’ll hopefully grow and get better in 2010.
Love you right back, here’s to another year together. xoxo
