Gloria Govan and her baby daddy, basketball player Matt Barnes, have split for good according to a statement from Barnes: ‘I’d like to address the rumors surrounding mine and Gloria’s relationship. We have reached the difficult decision of ending our relationship and will be going our separate ways at this time. We will work together to raise our sons and wish each other only the best.’

The couple were supporting characters on Basketball Wives and they are main characters on Basketball Wives L.A. since the rest of the original cast was too busy leaking their own nudes to move coast. Govan and Barnes insisted on the original Wives theirs was the most special f**kship with no safety word of all since they were engaged and living together. The relationship, which produced babies, was also supposed to produce a wedding and a prenup but Barnes was accused of domestic assault… which never happened according to Govan since people with safety words don’t fight. The end of the relationship with no chemistry, platonic body language, and no romance will come as no surprise to anyone who’s watched them pretend to be in love on two (related) reality shows.

As karmic retribution for getting back together with Derek Jeter after their split, Minka Kelly is now unemployed. ABC cancelled the terrible-looking Charlie’s Angels reboot no one asked for that looked like an overlong Victoria’s Secret commercial on a budget. Unlike The Playboy Club, that failed to even promote cancelled episode four after the airing of episode three because the whole thing was yanked, ABC will air the Charlie’s Angels episodes they’ve produced (read: paid for) to date. Minka Kelly, Rachael Taylor and Annie Ilonzeh and crew have already ceased production after the show met poor reviews and mediocre ratings. They were filming as recently as yesterday, judging by new exclusive images in my photo agency of Kelly walking around on set (not these, these are file photos).

The Playboy Club has been cancelled because Eddie Cibrian’s dead-eyed Don Draper impression failed to give straight male viewers tingles in their special places like the real thing. Pretty much, I’m ignoring the scandals, the backlash, the copy pasta, the cheap scripts/ editing/ production/ costuming; the show was cancelled because Cibrian’s Slow Draper ™ failed to inspire and failed shiver me timbers. That’s what happened there. The AV Club nailed their description of Slow Draper ™: ‘As I watch Eddie Cibrian act, the word that repeatedly comes to mind is ‘vacuous.’ It’s difficult to isolate just what it is about Cibrian that is so dreadful… But you get the overall impression that Cibrian is more worried about nailing his Don Draper impression than actually understanding the words that come out of his mouth. There’s no intelligence, psychological depth, or charm to his performance.’ In schadenfreude that’s probably making ex-wife Brandi Glanville wet as we speak, the cheater’s show has been yanked by NBC. The big clue before the news broke was the failure to run promotion for episode four after episode three. The network seems to be blaming a loss of viewers, with a slide from 5 million viewers of the premiere to 3.2 million for last week’s episode. Also, there was a controversy about the show’s premise, with the Parents Television Council calling for a boycott  and urging sponsors to pull ads.

Some random from the set of Charlie’s Angels has been fired after making contact with Minka Kelly’s butt. TMZ.com reports that Kelly’s butt walked into a crew member’s hand with great force and the guy was later fired. Poor guy… I’m kidding. Blaming Kelly’s butt would be victim-blaming so let’s blame the hand of the creeper in question. The unnamed member of crew from the set of the reboot was somewhat friendly with the actress and she reportedly didn’t want the guy to be fired because he’d moved his family to Miami for the shoot. But the set operates a zero tolerance policy on sexual harassment… and the guy did the same to other women so after being removed from set, he was indeed fired.
