Britney Spears’ Dancers Had To Be Drug Tested

The dancers of Britney Spears are not allowed to use any narcotics. Which is something I’m pretty sure I heard years back, but perhaps a pages-long non-disclosure agreement wasn’t online at the time. The singer has an alleged history with drugs and alcohol (during the worst of her breakdown starting 2006, there were multiple rumours of alleged coke-shenanigans and nearly over-dosing on at least one occasion, in between bedding different random dudes she met at the club). With drugs clearly still being an issue, dancers have to sign an agreement to not drink or do drugs, and agree to be drug tested. Agreeing they can be fired for refusing a drug test, during her latest music video to which this agreement relates, it states, ‘Contractor acknowledges that it is essential that [Britney Spears] not be exposed to any alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances.’

Britney Spears Till The World Ends Video Shoot

Britney Spears has begun shooting the music video to her next single, Till The World Ends from her Femme Fatale album. It’s worth noting this is fairly obviously one of the weakest tracks on the already-leaked album, in my opinion anyway (Inside Out or Big Fat Bass should have been second, leading with something distinct where TTWE is quite samey). The Till The World Ends track is below, so you can judge for yourself. This behind-the-scenes preview of what Spears will be wearing in the video is a little underwhelming. But then her previews usually are. It’s her sweating off-set about which she tweeted, ‘Day 1 of the #TTWE Videoshoot. Just wrapped my first big dance number. Taking a well deserved break people.’ She’s taking a ‘break’ from the lackluster two-stepping that still needs to be hidden with fast edits like in the Hold It Against Me video (fast edits are to dance what autotune is to a thin voice; it hides the worst, but there’s no real disguising it). My guess is there will be more previews to come. She released 13 five-second snippets of the HIAM music video before its release.

Britney Spears With Boyfriend & Ex-Husband

These are believed to be the first pictures since 2006 of Britney Spears (with an enormous hole in her pants) in the company of ex-husband number two, Kevin Federline. The singer and her current boyfriend, Jason Trawick, were photographed at the weekend spending time at the singer’s kids’ Little League game in the company of Federline. Which pretty much meant their children, Sean Preston, who was playing a game (with his father as one of the coaches), and Jayden James, who sat with his mother in the bleachers, on Saturday, didn’t get any private time as a family. The former-couple have probably had other run-ins in the past five years, but it’s noted by TMZ.com and RadarOnline.com this is the first set of images showing Spears at any public event/ gathering with Federline, of whom she’s barely spoken since Britney: For The Record, when all she really said was ‘I never saw him,’ referring to their relationship after they had children. That was in sharp contrast to the Spears pregnant with Jayden James being interviewed by Matt Lauer who defended Federline’s need to be ‘a man,’ and work as a ‘musician,’ to provide for his family. At the end of the game, ‘talent agent Jason Trawick actually approached Kevin to congratulate him,’ an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com, which was big of him, if true. Spears was said to have been ‘happy and relaxed.’ More pictures of the three, below.

Britney Spears Shows Off Her Crotch Tattoos

I actually looked at this earlier and passed, because the quotes from her interview seemed so half-hearted (more on that later). I mentioned earlier in the week that Britney Spears would cover the April 2011 issue of OUT and that she would have more pictures and an interview released mid-week. They’re now below, with the realisation that Spears is stretching wearing a leotard and showing her crotch tattoos making this noteworthy. By the way, in case you think I’m being obnoxious or wantonly vulgar by calling those ‘crotch tattoos,’ I didn’t even notice them until I read an Us Weekly post with the words ‘Britney Spears Crotch Tattoos’ in the title. I noticed the leotard. And the stretching. But I somehow missed the vagina stars (I know they’re pretty far away from her actual vagina, but I’m calling them that. Okay?) Anyhow, the ‘interview’ with Spears is pretty uninteresting and phony. Entitled ‘Britney Emails Her Heart,’ OUT admits they didn’t speak to the 29-year-old in person. They emailed and got a bunch of answers back. They’re cute, but short and probably written by one of her people. You can read the full interview at OUT.com with more snippets below and here.

Britney Spears Big Fat Bass Extended Preview

Below is an extended preview of Big Fat Bass by Britney Spears featuring Will.I.Am. As I mentioned in the previous post about the release of Spears’ album snippets (which seems to be auto-updating as new songs are released to the singer’s SoundCloud account, so be sure to bookmark and come back to that page), I misread the title of the song the first time I saw it. I totally skim-read the title as ‘Big Fat Ass,’ and, apparently, no amount of time will affect my ability to correctly skim the word ‘Bass.’ This is always going to be that song about ‘Big Fat Asses’ to me. At least it’s a grower. This newly-released snippet, longer than the first, is noticeably lighter on Will.I.Am. It’s also not as good.

Britney Spears Out Magazine April 2011 Preview

Britney Spears will cover Out April 2011. The magazine has released a small preview of one of her photographs. On their website, they state the latest issue will be dedicated ‘to the women who inspire, scandalize, educate, and excite.’ And to women who flash their goods, I guess, as Madonna’s getting a feature inside the same issue. Out.com will release Spears’ interview and shoot March 9.
