Nicolas Cage’s ex is taking him to court and suing him for $13 million.

Christina Fulton, mother of Cage’s eldest child Weston, 18, is suing the actor for fraud and breach of contract. Fulton should also sue his ass for sporting all those busted ass lace front weaves in all his movies. Actually, someone should file a class-action lawsuit against any male actor sporting one of those. Back to the case, Los Angeles court papers show she’s alleging to have been caught up in his financial cluster eff. She claims to be more than $1.2 million in debt herself.

This follows from Cage’s claims in October that his piggy bank was empty after he was duped by a former accountant, Samuel Levin.

Nicky Hilton’s Hollywood hills home was the target of burglars.

The less annoying/ slutty/ orange of the two sisters was the target of a burglary, in which her laptop and expensive Lalique crystal were stolen. The news comes several weeks after her sister and a bunch of other celebrities with lax security were robbed. Sister Paris Hilton lost over $2 million worth of goodies during her robbery. Some of the items were later recovered and returned by the feds.

The news broke when Paris shared details of the break in with her followers on Twitter. In the manner of other celebrities, perhaps she was tweeting before anyone picked up the phone to report as much to the popo. Officer Gregory Baek of the LAPD told reporters that someone called police just before 3:30PM Tuesday afternoon. No news yet on how many sex aids/ feather boas were stolen.
