Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway have caught an incurable case of the nakeds, for their latest movie poster. Jakey Poo, and newly shorn Hathaway, can be seen in bed, without clothes, for their Love and Other Drugs movie poster. Poo looks distinctly annoyed to have to cover up his special places with those annoying pillows, while Hathaway is just enjoying the view. Please note, fans of my beloved Poo, the respectable size of pillow it’s taking to cover his special places. That’s no silly little throw cushion. No, that’s a MAN size pillow. Love and Other Drugs is released November 24. The movie’s trailer can be found below.

Christina Aguilera and Cher As Conjoined Twins

Christina Aguilera and Cher are the two stars of forthcoming movie, Burlesque; a film in which they somehow play women conjoined at the head. I think. I’m making that up, as IMDb’s a whole click or two away, and getting my fact’s straight is NOT how I roll. My only other thought, aside from the whole conjoined at the head thing, was the amount of airbrushing. Looking at some of these posters is like watching those old 70s movies where every beauty shot looks like it has half-a-tub of Vaseline smeared over the lens. I can’t tell which woman got/ needed more airbrushing. Thoughts? See also the two filming their scenes…

Jessica Alba’s Shoulders at Machete Premiere

Jessica Alba’s pointy shoulder pads took out the eyes of a couple of innocent bystanders, at the premiere of Machete. The movie, which also stars Lindsay Lohan in a bit part (a part that’s not even mentioned in the trailer, from which she’s oddly absent), had its Los Angeles, CA red carpet premiere at The Orpheum Theater on August 25. The movie also stars Robert De Niro, Michelle Rodriguez, and Steven Seagal. The pictures below show the movie’s arrivals, including Alba and Danny Trejo (who sensibly undercompensated with bare shoulders).

Black Swan Movie Trailer Gives Away The Goods

Black Swan movie trailer shows scene where Natalie Portman & Mila Kunis kiss.

Here is the movie trailer for the Black Swan; a film that stars Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis. Portman and Kunis, I gather, are the leads in Darren Aronofsky’s ballet thriller follow-up to The Wrestler. The movie, in which they play ballerinas, includes the women kissing during scenes discussed at length by the two already.

The lesbian kiss is in the trailer, which is pretty stupid as that is pretty much the only reason for some people to go see it. Oh, well. If you like your movies spoiled even before you waste 10 bucks on them, check out the trailer above. The Black Swan will have its premiere at the Venice Film Festival September 1, 2010.

The trailer video for the Joaquin Phoenix documentary-style film, I’m Still Here.

We’ve seen the mediocre movie poster for the Joaquin Phoenix documentary/ movie, I’m Still Here. It seemed to have set the very low bar, a bar barely met by the release of the movie’s trailer. It’s the weirdest thing ever. I couldn’t make it past the very beginning, where he’s being coached on the joys of his unemployment beard by some hack. The following 30seconds probably isn’t worth much, either. I hope the whole film isn’t literally like this. It’s out in September.

Angelina Jolie Will NOT Play Marilyn Monroe

Despite today’s overexcitable rumours to the contrary, that I didn’t have the energy to publish as they seemed so stupid, Saint Angelina Jolie will not be playing Saint Marilyn Monroe in a future movie project. It was reported that the actress, who was in London Monday for the UK premiere of Salt, would play Monroe on the big screen. According to the actress herself, who was questioned on the red carpet by Sky News, the reports were untrue. Specifically, she says that she didn’t even hear the rumours and had no idea about these reports. Yeah. She didn’t know about the rumours and she denied them pretty quickly.

Jolie was in London last night for the premiere of her new spy thriller Salt and told Sky News that the speculation is wide of the mark. “It’s really funny because I have just heard about this for the first time today,” said Jolie. “It’s news to me. I’m flattered I suppose.” [Sky News]

People were in paragraphs-long apoplexy over this, though that’s hardly surprising. They were practically $hitting blood over Paris Hilton dressing as Monroe, last week. I guess people will be pretty pleased this rumour is untrue.
