Zac Efron Says Nicole Kidman Is ‘Gorgeous’

Fueling rumours that he’d jump her waxen bones, buffing them to a high shine, Zac Efron admitted a crush on Nicole Kidman. Efron, 24, and Kidman, 44, co-star in a new movie for which I gather they share love scenes you won’t need to pay $20 to watch including popcorn and cola because they’ll be leaked online long before that. But Efron’s pulling a Jennifer Aniston; selling the movie on the love scenes alone. He told the UK’s Daybreak television show of his wet dreams: ‘It was everything you dreamed of. She was such a lovely person. I pinched myself every day, especially after doing love scenes with Nicole Kidman. Nicole is so gorgeous… Nicole was something else and was always in character. She didn’t get weird method, like some actors do, but I have never seen anyone so centered.’

Scarlett Johansson Was Nude Under The Catsuit

I somehow missed this from yesterday’s quotes because killer breasts are srs bsns from which I should be fired. Still talking about her Black Widow costume, Scarlett Johansson reveals she was nude under the same catsuit shredded in battle. Asked about the challenges of filming in the suit, she recalled: ‘Everybody on the film has their own uncomfortable costume situation. It’s like 800° in mine. And it’s a one-piece and I have nothing underneath it.’ Asked how everyone else stayed comfortable in their garb, she continued: ‘[The costumes were] very surreal. It was kind of an out-of-body experience. Like a dress-up, but to the extreme. Everybody looks incredibly uncomfortable until the cameras are rolling. Then we all look badass. And when the Avengers assemble, it feels like being a little kid. Then, cut! And we’re all like, ‘Arrgh, God, get this thing off me.’ As soon as everything is cut, everything comes off. All our costumes are unzipped, some air conditioning venting unit goes in, someone is having a wig removed… we all have our various things that we have to do to get comfortable.’

Scarlett Johansson ‘Shredded’ Avengers Catsuit

With the power to jiggle out of danger AND shred leather, Scarlett Johansson says her Black Widow catsuit from The Avengers is no more because her breasts are weapons. Asked whether she kept the costume, she replied: ‘I think it was just shredded. I don’t think I even had enough to take home. There was like this much fabric left after all those fight sequences.’ I’ll need photos. For science.

We’ve Already Seen Anne Hathaway’s Costume

There was a costume reveal yesterday that I ignored because I’m pretty sure we’ve already seen the budget costume and its sad ears in earlier promotional photos released by the studio. As such, I was all ‘Huh?’ when people started love-vomming all over my feeds about how excited they were to see the costume as though we didn’t see this ears and all back in September (and the incomplete costume back in August). Well, I’m arbitrarily adding this as Friday filler because I can’t be expected to trawl for stories when I’m otherwise occupied working out where the heck my week went (I wish I were joking, I was literally like ‘WAIT!? Did I lose a day?!’). Well, here’s the studio’s first proper promotional photo of Hathaway in full costume. Although it’s going to be interesting watching her sell Catwoman bald as Fantine from Les Miserables. In addition, see below for her and Christian Bale’s joint Entertainment Weekly cover and an explanation from co-star Tom Hardy why you’re going to pay to suffer Bane’s mouth-breathing.

Scarlett Johansson At The Avengers Premiere

Scarlett Johansson wore the most underwhelming dress in her laundry hamper to the Los Angeles premiere of The Avengers, in which she plays Black Widow whose skills include jiggling out of harm’s way. Eight photos from the premiere are below because Alexander Skarsgard’s sex stare can easily impregnant you if not buried under the cut (he was on the red carpet supporting actor father Stellan).

Rooney Mara Finally Had To Change Her Hair

Forced to change the Vulcan bangs, here’s Rooney Mara on the set of Steven Soderbergh’s psychological thriller The Bitter Pill in New York City April 10.

This is the role that was supposed to go to Blake Lively, whose pout-acting nearly financially-doomed the project once word of her casting leaked online. Asserting that Lively had never really been under consideration, the role later went to Basic Girl With The S**T GOT REAL Tattoo, Mara a.k.a. Aloof. It’s noteworthy only because Mara finally stepped away from Lisbeth Salander after staying in character through the promotional trail and awards season (I watched the AP’s live Oscars red carpet, where Mara was mocked for not smiling only to giggle at cameramen and whine about being made to ‘break character’). 10 photos.
