Daniel Radcliffe Describes Emma Watson Kiss

In a quote that makes Emma Watson sound like a sexual predator in need of restraint, Daniel Radcliffe shares that his co-star is an enthusiastic kisser.

Expecting Watson to go easy, as they filmed a scene for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Radliffe recalls, ‘I thought it was going to be like a soft, sensual sort of moment, and it was this very vigorous kissing scene. She really went for it, I have to say. It caught me slightly off guard, but yeah, I’m not complaining. Many men would lose a limb to be in that position, so I was absolutely fine with it.’ Director David Yates added, ‘That was mainly Emma, I have to say.’ The first take was too tame, and Yates said he told the actors it needed to be more ‘pagan and mad.’ Realising it’d be over with if she just got on with it, Watson delivered, ‘I guess I just realized that I would have fewer takes to do if I just got on with it and just gave [the director] what he wanted.’

Teaser Poster for Pirates of the Caribbean 4

A movie poster for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides has been released online. The fourth in the franchise, still starring Johnny Depp, takes its naming cues from Harry Potter, Mission Impossible, and James Bond movies; hence, ‘[Franchise name][random number between one and 25][much needed semicolon][string of adjectives selected by running lines from HIMYM through Google Translate into Russian and then back again].’ We’ve already seen Depp, who’s currently promoting The Tourist, filming scenes for Pirates 4. He was in Greenwich for a good portion of the early filming, and despite him being about 45 minutes away, I couldn’t bring myself to put down that last slice of pizza and go see him. That slice would have gone cold and wasn’t going to eat itself. The Walt Disney Pictures’ poster looks like the usual fare; it’s a silver skull and crossbones image. The title’s missing, but the release date is listed as May 20.

Christina Aguilera Express Video from Burlesque

The video to accompany Express, from the Burlesque movie soundtrack, sang by Christina Aguilera, can be found below. We’ve already heard the audio debut as an exclusive on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show; the same day as the video for I Am A Good Girl was released. It shows more of the same: ass-shaking at the camera and lots of mouths agape, all ‘sexified’. The movie is released Thanksgiving weekend, because there’s nothing more family and wholesome than fishnets and the shaking of one’s chest (as one is instructed to do in the lyrics of the song). I liked this song, sort of, as I mentioned in the earlier post. However, this video made me like it less. I don’t know why. The visuals from this film are just jarring and making it so that I don’t want to watch. I’d rather listen to the audio, on its own, in the original post. If you want to check out the video, check it out below.

Kristen Stewart Lap Dance for James Gandolfini

Kristen Stewart gives co-star James Gandolfini a lap dance in Welcome to The Rileys. Currently in limited release, this is a movie I’ve been ignoring. In part, because it stars Kristen Stewart and heck if I’ll be slaves to the glittery franchise. However, this clip was interesting enough to keep me watching for a whole 30 seconds of its near two minutes. Which is as long as any Twilight actor is ever going to get from me. The clip shows underage stripper Mallory, played by Stewart, flash her butt at the camera as she tries to talk dirty to Gandolfini, who plays travelling businessman, Doug Riley. The clip is extremely NSFW; in content, and in language. There is more butt-crease than entirely necessary. And more Stewart than necessary. All of which offends my penis-doodling sensibilities.

Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway Whip Hair

Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway are still shilling for their forthcoming movie together; a movie for which the actors have really only been given one talking point. For Hathaway’s Vogue cover and the cover of Esquire UK for Gyllenhaal, both were fired the same questions about the movie’s nudity and their sex scenes. Both gave nicely scripted answers; just titillating enough to be headline-worthy, but just tame enough to not put anyone off. Thankfully, the people at Extra thought outside the box a little when interviewing the pair. Rather than just ask asinine questions or repeat subjects already well-covered by their peers, they ask something stupid about their ‘Favourite Love Song Ever?’; a  question to which Hathaway responded ‘Not ‘All Time’, that’s too much pressure’, before saying some song I’d never heard of: the acoustic version of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ Hysteric. Gyllenhaal reminds me that he’s the love of my life (he’s funnier than Alexander Skarsgard, most of the time, though a man with abs who makes me laugh may run the risk of making an honest woman of me, someday). He takes a few seconds before sarcastically replying, ‘Whip My Hair’. At which point, both did just that. Hathaway SLAYED me. She was alarmingly good at it.

Tron Legacy Trailer #3 and Tron Legacy Posters

Tron Legacy trailer #3: Garrett Hedlund as Sam and Jeff Bridges as Kevin Flynn.

Tron Legacy has a third trailer. It has been quite a while since the last preview. All we had in the meantime was the Daft Punk trailer that doubled as a music video, for Derezzed, from the movie’s soundtrack. This trailer starts as more of the same. So much so, that I thought I’d clicked on the wrong trailer and almost clicked off. At around 20 seconds in, it starts differentiating itself from the other trailers. We see the characters introduced in trailers #1 and #2, along with a little more plot reveal. Trailer #3 does get to the point of the story’s conflict more. Which is always helpful, when your excitability about a film is based 50% on the first movie and 50% on how pretty it looks. I’ll be honest, I’m biased, and if this were two hours of these effects on a loop with Daft Punk playing in the background, I’d still watch. Yeah, totally would. The Derezzed video and previously-released posters are also below. The movie’s US release is December 17 in Disney Digital 3D™ and IMAX® 3D (neither of which are going to help matters, nor impress anyone in the theatre, when I’m spontaneously urinating in the aisles, while the ads are still playing, out of my unbearable excitement).
