Because Mariah Carey’s children are being raised by the guy who sometimes holds her purse, Mariah Carey has a lot of time on her hands to celebrate being Mariah Carey. And because she’s basically the Easter Bunny in her own mind the remaining 364 days of the year, here’s Carey celebrating herself on the day everyone else celebrated Easter.
Nick Cannon got a time out for telling the truth on Anderson Cooper about Mariah Carey being too beautiful to raise her own children. Once he got out of time out, he told the ‘truth’ about Carey TOTALLY looking after her own kids. And now Carey has posted proof that she sat next to her kids once during hair and makeup which I guess makes Cannon a liar. More photos of her leaving for Idol, below.
Back in November, Nick Cannon basically said Mariah Carey is too beautiful to look after her own children and besides looking after your own children is for The Poors. The comments made on Anderson Live got a lot of play last year for being negative which means he’s obviously changed his tune and he’s saying the complete opposite in In Touch. Rather than call his wife a ‘diva’ who leaves him to do everything, Carey suddenly ‘does everything everyone else does.’ And she’s only a ‘diva’ on TV now, ‘No [she's not a diva]. But she doesn’t ever wear that much makeup on TV… it’s all about the hair for her. But at home, she’s always just chillin’ with no makeup and her hair tied up. I mean, you just can’t be dolled up 24/7. Besides, she’s my wife, she really doesn’t need to be dolled up for me.’ He continues, ‘You can definitely have a family of two people, but when you create humans together, it changes things. It’s brought us even closer together. Being parents creates a whole different dynamic; you make different decisions. But it really solidifies what a family is all about.’
For fun, and because her children are more important than your children, here’s a photo of Mariah Carey shortly before firing her own toddler for applying powder unevenly. Carey mocked her child’s new unemployment by tweeting: ‘Beauty school hour [1]01 lol’
Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj fabricated their American Idol feud according to two other reality show judges. But here she is complaining to Barbara Walters like Walters is the HR department and Carey has a workplace grievance. A preview of Carey’s Nightline interview is included below and in it she says: ‘It felt like an unsafe work environment. Anytime anybody’s reeling threats at somebody, you know, it’s not appropriate. I’m a professional. I’m not used to that type of environment. Sitting there on the road with two babies, I’m not gonna take any chances, so yeah, I did hire more security. For all the drama, I hope it helps the show. I think it’s a classic, classy show and it didn’t need this.’ Also below is a photo of Carey on vacation in Australia sucking in her tummy.
Changing your own children is like holding your own children. It’s for The Poors. The Mariah Careys of the world may be carried out of bed at the 11th hour to go vote but they won’t do that. Asked whether his wife knew what poop was because she doesn’t poop herself, husband Nick Cannon about whom you can forget again after reading this responded ‘LOL, wut?’ He told Anderson Live: ‘It’s a good time! Right now, the kids run the house. We are just running and chasing after them and then my wife is being the diva that she is. I am trying to keep up with them… I mean we [both change diapers] but for some reason I get that duty a little bit more. I am not scared of it. I go in, I put the gloves on.’
