In supposition from a third-party that will shock no one, it’s claimed that Lindsay Lohan got wasted this weekend. This follows a rather muted holidays and New Year’s, during which time she did little but attend an industry party with friends at which she claimed to remain sober. RadarOnline.com claims, Lohan was ‘under the influence’ at Chateau Marmont on Sunday night. Eyewitness one claims: ‘Lindsay was spotted going to the restroom with a male companion on numerous occasions in a short amount of time. When the two of them emerged from the bathroom, Lindsay was giggling and her nose appeared red. Lindsay was spotted only drinking water in the lounge area, but she appeared to be loaded on something, and she seemed under the influence. Lindsay’s eyes were glassy and her pupils were constricted.’ Noting that Lohan was braless, again, eyewitness two said: ‘[She] was definitely on something. She was slurring her words, and needed help walking at one point in the course of the night.’ A third person claimed: ‘Lindsay was sitting on a chair adjacent to Harvey Weinstein’s party, his was roped off and she didn’t get past the rope. So she sat on the other side looking over. She looked bedraggled and desperate.’ Her rep denied the story with a ‘LOL, NOPE!’: ‘This is yet another example of people making erroneous assumptions about Lindsay, I seriously question the credibility of any source who refuses to be named as well as their motivations for making up such trash.’

Colour me shocked, but Lindsay Lohan attended a party on New Year’s Eve. In a statement released by her rep, upon sending a cease and desist to a Dubai company using her name for promotion of a different party, it was claimed Lohan would ‘be spending New Year’s Eve in Los Angeles with a few close friends and family.’ More to the point, she kicked up a big stink when her plans were questioned and she made it sound as though she’d be spending New Year’s Eve on her sofa with a cup of cocoa and her family. However, she was at a party. Just like we all predicted. The brief report that accompanies this photo claims she was sober that night… okay then. She attended John Burnham’s party for Woody Allen at which Diane Keaton noticed her and tweeted in CRUISE CONTROL: ‘@lindsaylohan YOU LOOKED BEAUTIFUL LAST NIGHT.’ Photo from the NYE party.

Lindsay Lohan is one of the celebrities who can turn up and bless a club with 30-minutes of crack shenanigans in return for a check on New Year’s Eve. For example, this year, Mariah Carey shopped a $500,000 offer to entertain with no takers, Fergie will earn $100,000 for one night, Katy Perry is asking for $250,000, and Kim Kardashian will earn $600,000. And, according to TMZ.com, Lohan has had offers but turned them down because she wants to repair her party girl image and the money wouldn’t be worth it (this girl is so broke she did Playboy then, right after, staged paparazzi photos in Hawaii for $15,000 cash and used a blank script to shield her face from paparazzi upon her return).
