Three disclaimers before I get into this, 1) it co-stars Lady Gaga, who’s still banned, but she’s hardly in this 2) It also co-stars Justin Timberlake, whose acting is still pretty offensive 3) NBC videos are still geo-blocked because no one who lives outside of America likes funnies. That out of the way, this is the most talked-about short in a while. So it’s getting posted. This is the Saturday Night Live Digital Short from May 21, 2011… the day the world was supposed to be raptured or something. Except, SIKE! The season finale SNL Digital Short stars Justin Timberlake, Andy Samberg, and Lady Gaga, who was the musical guest. The short’s named Three-Way, as in crossing swords ‘Is not gay, when it’s in a three-way.’ It’s a take on the D**k in a Box And Motherlover shorts (see below). Feel free to skip past the parts with Caca, she doesn’t add much anyway.

Lady Gaga Releases Judas Video Following Leak
Okay so rather than ravage the previous Lady Gaga post with a hamfisted update, I’m just going to give this its own post. Lady Gaga’s Judas video leaked online today; well, one of the two that was set to premiere tonight on live television. I checked Gaga’s YouTube before posting the leak and it wasn’t there. That was less than 10 minutes ago. In the last 10 minutes, Gaga’s people have started pulling down leaks and now her YouTube has Judas uploaded. Gaga was also forced to release the song itself early, after it leaked online. Now she’s had to release an entire music video about four hours early because of a leak. Well, if you don’t want to contend with a ripped version, watch the official one instead.
Lady Gaga Judas Music Video Leaks Online Early
Lady Gaga’s Judas music videos were set to be released tonight on live television. There are two videos, as there were for Born This Way. The one that’s leaked online would appear to be the more tame version set to air, live, on tonight’s American Idol. Then another was set to air on E! tonight. I’m part way through watching this version of the video and I’m not seeing the big deal. It’s Gaga dancing to Laurieann Gibson’s choreography while wearing a biker jacket. And some interesting eye make-up. And a bandana. Unless her crime is trying to bring back the 80s, I’m not getting this version’s hype at all. Gaga’s using the metaphor of a biker gang and dancing around with some guy wearing a crown of thorns. And at one point she’s wearing a nun’s habit. Still, anyone who didn’t know there were two videos would have been confused watching the below because the much-criticised Anti-Christian imagery is largely nowhere to be seen. There’s obviously religious imagery and references but it’s nothing to write home about. I doubt this is the version that’s supposed to have people clutching their pearls. If you have trouble viewing, you’re going to have to wait until tonight.

Lady Gaga Talks Judas Leak & Weird Al Parody
There are a bunch of Lady Gaga updates to address and it’s easier to lump them into one post. Not least because none of this s**t need its own post. First, in a video below, from her YouTube, Gaga addresses the leak of her latest single, Judas. She was basically enjoying a little down time and then received an email to say the song had leaked. Rather than fight the leak by having copies ripped down, most singers’ go-to, she decided to release the song. Because it was ‘dying a slow death’… she felt the song was being ripped ‘limb-from-limb’ and the lesser of two evils was to have her people release it. In the same video, on the heels of her expletive-filled NME interview, she talks more about her process. She likens writing her songs, over ’15 minutes’ to vomit. Creative vomit. Or something. I don’t know. And she urges fans to be ‘loyal to their vomit.’ Okay? Then there’s some crap with Weird Al Yankovic that’s barely worth addressing as it screams of a poorly-staged publicity stunt on his behalf. In a parody he possibly never even ran past her, Yankovic claims his Born This Way parody, entitled Perform This Way was blocked from being released on his album. In a whiny blog post, he bemoaned her disliking the song and blocking it. Gaga’s people went on the offensive and told TMZ.com she never even heard the song and there was a ‘misunderstanding’; the song’s now been cleared for release. It’s also below.
Pretend Preemptive Anger At Lady Gaga’s Judas
Lady Gaga’s song Judas leaked at the end of last week, four days early. I listened to it a few times, trying to decide whether I liked it. I liked it initially, now I’m on the fence. Most of the song’s production is pretty stellar; I like the introduction, the verses, and interlude, however, the chorus and bridge are weirdly-poppy in a way that almost belong in another track. Anyhow, because the track leaked a lot earlier than planned, Gaga had to release the song ahead of schedule. The below audio is from Gaga’s YouTube, where she’s got a link to the single on iTunes. She also spent the weekend tweeting pictures of artwork for the single and album; the album cover being revealed on normal printer paper, prompting some fans to think it some poorly-staged joke. Above is the Born This Way album cover, in all its Transformers glory. And there’s a Judas single cover.
Lady Gaga Wears Make-Up To Bed Every Night
Lady Gaga says she sleeps in her make-up every night and her hair’s falling out from processing. Speaking to People about her lack of beauty regime, she’s asked how many nights per week she sleeps in the inch-thick make-up she wears on stage and for photo shoots. ‘Seven,’ she replies. ‘That is not good for your skin, but I’m blessed with good genes.’ She’s blessed with being 24-years-old, there’s no way she’s going to be able to get away with that even 10 years from now. That’s kind of gross, as much make-up as she wears some days. I guess she puts further make-up on top of the previous day’s or eventually washes that off and puts on another ‘coat.’ Weirdly, she then claims she’s worried about the state of her skin, carrying around sunblock in her bag. ‘I don’t like to tan my face because it’s bad for wrinkles,’ she explains. She adds that she has the same problem as a couple of celebrities, Britney Spears and Naomi Campbell’s names come to mind, whose hair is falling out. Gaga adds, she misses her dark hair when she has to ‘get a chemical haircut because my blonde hair is falling out.’
