Robert Pattinson is no longer settling for Kristen Stewart, according to the kinds of sources who have receipts for their receipts. According to PEOPLE.com, the couple called it quits last week. Pattinson and Stewart have been on-again-off-again since the latter was caught cheating with the director she’s probably going to be working with again on the SWATH sequel like nothing ever happened.
Because jumping out of your own relationship and into someone else’s is something often ameliorated as a ‘mistake’ for which no one should ever be held accountable, here’s Emma Watson explaining why it’s completely fine that infantilised Kristen ‘Trampire’ Stewart slept with a married director.
‘Those who criticized her are the same people that think that being rich and famous is like being covered in some kind of magic powder that makes life perfect… Nothing can go wrong in your wonderful world. For these people, Kristen deserves all the bad things that have been thrown at her because she had an amazing life and she ruined it. I don’t know how to explain it, but it sure isn’t perfect. I thought that the media picked on her in a very horrible way. Kristen is human, just like everybody else, and she’s so young. Everyone makes mistakes, everyone. It’s not fair to consider them matters of public interest. On one hand, I can understand why it happened. People felt really involved in her relationship with Robert Pattinson. But it’s also true that they both have done everything in their power to keep their relationship as far from the public eye as possible.’
Obviously when Liberty Ross filed for divorce from her cheating husband, Rupert Sanders, all anyone really wanted to know was ‘What about that girl he was eating out in the parking lot? I bet she has something to say about this!’ Long story short, as she’s already suggested herself, Kristen Stewart ‘doesn’t care’ what’s happening with the broken marriage of her former co-workers. A source explains: ‘She hasn’t mentioned anything about Liberty and Rupert getting divorced. She never ever mentions his name, and her friends know not to bring up his name, especially out of respect for Rob. But I am sure she feels terrible…. Kristen doesn’t talk to or talk about Rupert to anyone. Unless Rob brings up his name for some reason, Kristen would never, ever mention his name. She has moved on. She is really just focused on her number one priority right now, which is Rob.’
Liberty Ross put on her big girl panties after it was discovered that her husband, Rupert Sanders, had publicly been carrying on an affair with Kristen Stewart with whom they had both worked on Snow White & The Huntsman. While Stewart and Sanders were getting their stories straight and composing form letters to People Magazine, Ross said very little and even went into therapy to talk about Sanders’ fee-fees and looked for a reason that he cheated on the mother of his kids. Apparently no longer wanting to be married to the kind of man-child who looks for the answers to relationship problems in the laps of 22-year-old co-workers, Ross quit her husband by filing for divorce at the end of last week (it’s been six months and, to date, Robert Pattinson is still settling for his cheating girlfriend).
