If you’ve ever wanted to buy overpriced Dutch ovens, Jessica Simpson may have the shill muumuu for you. In all honesty, no matter what she says, I’m going to guess Simpson’s rather detached from the whole design process. So all you’re going to get are glorified slave-labour Snuggies. Whatever. Simpson recently attended a promotional appearance at The Bay in Toronto, Canada where she admitted: ‘[Ashlee and I] want to do baby, kids. I’m gonna [design] maternity.’
Jessica Simpson tells Entertainment Tonight that her swelling ‘stomach spoke for itself.’ Simpson also gave a longer interview with Access Hollywood, where she spoke of an easy pregnancy: ‘Pregnancy is a friend of mine, so everything has been running smoothly [with only a little] swelling in the belly and boob area… So far, so good. No morning sickness. I feel great… I’m tired, but you know, I’m making a baby here!’ Simpson also revealed how she found out her eggo was preggo: ‘I did the pregnancy test, I was feeling a little off. [I first told] Eric, of course. He was in the house. He didn’t know that I was taking a pregnancy test, so I kind of shocked him. I came in shaking like, ‘Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! This is happening!’ We both cried. We were in shock and kind of just sat there and stared at each other… I am having a spring baby.’ The couple will marry after Spring 2012 then: ‘We were going to throw something together, but I’d rather put more time in it and be able to really enjoy the day… When you’re pregnant, your hormones go crazy. I don’t want to be super stressed out and end up being a bridezilla! So, I’ll wait until after.’ The wedding won’t be televised: ‘Letting everybody in on every detail of your life, that’s a hard thing to do. For me, those days are over, but I can always be who I am on camera… I’ll always be myself.’

Determined to make a dent in today’s news, Jessica Simpson has shared some more Twitter photos of her baby bump. The bump she had to confirm on Twitter for free after she waited over six month to negotiate a paid deal. As recently as last week, she still wanted the $500,000 fee to confirm her pregancy. Well, she took too long and juding from today’s non-reaction to her confirmation no1curr. She tweeted these with the caption ‘Family photo.’ More ‘family’ photos below.

She confirmed her pregnancy on her Twitter about 20 minutes ago with a link to this photo.. clearly having no idea Kim Kardashian’s divorce is the only thing anyone cares about today (moreover, she’ll have to fight for tabloid covers with Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan, after the outcome of November 2′s probation hearing). Simpson captioned the photo: ‘It’s True, I’m Going To Be A Mummy.’ She’s announced it on her Twitter for free. However, there may be a cover with more details bid by a magazine that loves wasting money. A random OBGYN, with few enough patients to make this a part of their day, tells RadarOnline.com that Jessica Simpson’s eggo is six-months preggo. Which would mean she’s actually pregnant and slightly further along than Beyonce (no word on whether Beyonce’s father tried to buy Simpson’s baby like he allegedly did his ex-mistress’ kid). Boston-based OBGYN Dr. Dave David told RadarOnline that Simpson was probably late second-trimester and expecting early 2012. Anyone looking at her could have guessed the same, tbh. ‘She looks to be 26 weeks, which is around six months,’ said the oddly-named doctor… David David, basically. Really? ‘It is definitely a pregnancy and not weight gain,’ speculated Dr. David, who has not treated the singer. ‘You can by the shape of her abdomen, her belly wouldn’t be that rounded if it was just fat. She is short [at 5' 3"] so the bump looks bigger because it has no where to go but out… Couples often wait for a few months before they announce it in case anything goes wrong. Once they see the heart-beat on the ultrasound after the first trimester then they usually let people know.’ RadarOnline add, after basically calling Simpson’s eggo ‘fat,’ that another random, a PR ‘expert,’ says Simpson’s baby announcement failed to sell for $500,000 because she lacks star power. ‘The issue with Jessica Simpson maybe is that she simply hasn’t been ‘hot’ lately in terms of relevant, big celebrity occurrences,’ said President/ CEO of 5WPR, Ronn Torossian. ‘No big movie, hit album or A-list happening, and even though she’s an A-list celebrity. In this economy, media needs to know for $500,000 that something is a sure bet. And Simpson simply may not be seen as that today.’ Despite today’s random doctor, only on October 21 did RadarOnline claim this secrecy was because Simpson was ‘early’ in her pregnancy: ‘It’s still early in the pregnancy, and Jessica has decided to wait before sharing her happiness with her fans,’ a source told the website. ‘She has begun telling family and friends the exciting news.’
