Grammys: Rihanna, Adele, Fergie, Katy Perry

The Grammy Awards were February 12, the day after Whitney Houston passed away while getting ready for the Clive Davis pre-Grammys party in what ended up being a long weekend of maudlin positing and conspiracy theories. Most of that’s over with until Houston’s toxicology in a month’s time. So we’re back to the matter at hand: ugly dresses on thin people. And MEH dresses on whomever else I don’t know the names of who’ll be lumped in another post. To start, since I’m bunching people together to spare you a dozen updates, here are Rihanna’s bones, Katy Perry’s breasts, Fergie’s panties, and Adele’s hair for which she won six awards (Album of the Year for 21, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Short Form Music Video).

Also at the Grammys was Taylor Swift who wore mall hair and prom sparkles. Nicki Minaj walked the red carpet dressed as… whatever in the Little Red Riding Hood f**k she’s supposed to be along with some random who’s pleased he saved last year’s Halloween costume. Here’s Kim Kardashian’s cleavage at the Clive Davis pre-Grammy gala that wasn’t attended by Davis since he was at home mourning the loss of Whitney Houston. You’d be forgiven for giving Kardashian’s corseted boob show a pass with the short notice on which people were notified of the death in relation to the start of the event (Houston was in the bath getting ready to sing at the same event in the same hotel when she possibly drowned according to TMZ.com). Except Kardashian knew Houston died because she tweeted a reaction, which means instead of opting for black like everyone else including Britney Spears, Diana Ross, Ciara, and Kathy Griffin, Kardashian stuck with bedazzled blue.

Britney Spears At Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Party

Here’s Britney Spears wearing her silkiest weave and most supportive bra for the Clive Davis pre-Grammys gala it was too late to cancel despite Whitney Houston being scheduled to sing and dying in the same location only hours beforehand as she got ready for her performance. Four photos of Spears on the red carpet for the first time since she became engaged to Jason Trawick in early December.

Kim Kardashian’s Butt Didn’t Fit Grammys Dress

Kim Kardashian’s butt didn’t fit into her chosen dress for the Grammys. The 30-year-old reality star was seen walking the red carpet wearing the same plunging neck that everyone’s sporting again (think Jennifer Lopez at the 2000 Grammy Awards walking the red carpet with Diddy). I’m actually not making fun of Kardashian, for once. She actual said during an interview that the way the dress had originally been tailored it suddenly no longer fit over her ass. She told Us Magazine, before the Grammys, ‘I took [my dress] to another tailor and they tailored it to where my whole butt wouldn’t fit in it. I was freaking out and said that if I didn’t have a dress, I wouldn’t go.’ If she didn’t have a dress? What? Whatever. Designers re-sewed the butt area of her dress and patted themselves on the back for bending laws of the buttock-related sciences (The Ass Physics ™).
