This latest of fashion fug-offs is slightly less so about the dress, than the trashy hot mess wearing it. The deliciously c-nty country singer/ husband-stealer/ skinny-mini LeAnn Rimes, and drunk-driver/ DUI-haver/ reality persona Stephanie Pratt wore the same Julia Clancey.
LeAnn Rimes wore her silver Julia Clancey dress to the C-nty Music Awards. She wore her hair down, 20′s style, and finished her look with a striking red lip. Whereas Stephanie Pratt stayed drunk-looking and seemed to have tripped and fallen into her ill-fitting shiny number for Fashion Week.
Which of these two women wore their Julia Clancey better?
Usually, I take the time to explain why a certain outfit is a fashion fug-off. For example, a dress may be too shiny, glittery, tight, baggy, sheer, plain or whatever. However, in this instance, I should imagine this outfit needs no explanation. You’d quite like an explanation anyway? Okay.
The dress, which is tight and plastic-looking, appears to have had something terrible happen to it. It appears that in both instances of being worn by these celebrities, immediately beforehand someone vomited all over them. I mean, it’s rather hard to spot, but one assumes that’s what all of those horrid yellow and orange splashes on the dress are about. There could be no other reason, that I could fathom, as to why anyone in their right mind would have that pattern and selection of colours together in one outfit.
So horrid is this excuse for a dress that it overshadows both women’s woeful choice of shoes. Both women are overall pretty. However, in these outfits they look a hot mess.
Victoria Beckham wore her Giles Deacon minidress for Fashion’s Night Out. While Sara Paxton, of promptly cancelled TV show The Beautiful Life, wore her minidress for the show’s NYC premiere.
Which, if either, woman pulled off this horrid Giles Deacon minidress?
This was a fashion fug-off as one of the women in the dress was pregnant at the time of wearing and the other not. But the second woman looked pregnant, as the dress was so unflattering on her.
This summer, while pregnant with son Bronx, Ashlee Simpson was spotted out in this peach flowing Gerard Darel maxidress. Eva Longoria decided to wear the same dress, to finish off a summer of spending alternate days pretending that she was pregnant for attention.
Which of the two actresses wears the peach maxidress better?
There’s nothing like mis-matched fuggery first thing in the morning to really get that blood pumping.
Above are two women who get a lot of comments made on different blogs about their fashion. Both are usually styled to the hilt in whatever designer freebies have been thrown at them. In the case of Audrina Patridge that seems to mean a hit and a miss and the clothing not actually covering everything it is supposed to. I mean, really, I know the clothes worn on the red carpet are often not their choice, but can they not be given a free dress that covers their damn bubes. In this case, they did pretty well and most of their chests are covered. The dress is a disaster, but at least they look relatively modest.
Hayden Panettiere wore her Zuhair Murad ruched minidress earlier in the year to Comic-Con. While Patridge wore hers with assorted accessories that didn’t go, to the Teen Choice Awards 2009.
Which of these two TV stars wore their dress better?
I thought I was imaging unhealthy things when I saw images of LeAnn Rimes wearing no pants, earlier today. Seems not and I am not the only one to notice that she and Sophie Monk both stepped out in a shirt dress… a very short shirt dress… and no stockings or anything else to cover their modesty.
Rimes was spotted in LA at a gas station as she filled up, being watched by the paps. On the right, model/ actress (aka a mactress) was spotted pumping gas also in LA. The two wore a men’s style shirt dress and neither really pulled it off.
Which of the women pulled off the no pants look better?
This is quite a recent fug. The outfit is one that could almost work, if it weren’t for the dress making the wearer look like a disco ball and all of that shredded tin foil sh*t at the hem. The two wearers have a somewhat similar body type. Quite small in the bust and the waist and both have rather long legs. Their figures aren’t to blame for the outfit’s odd look. I think it is just one of those outfits that does not look quite right on anyone who is not the size of two toothpicks.
Gwyneth Paltrowwore the metallic Versace mini with a Burberry cardigan at the Grammys. Mischa Barton was spotted in NYC, on the set of A Beautiful Life wearing the same dress. She’d had hers teamed with a pair of black motorcycle boots.
Which of these actresses wore the dress better, you can vote below.
