GMA Never Checked Facts On Botox Mom Story?

Botox Mom is throwing everyone associated with her scam under the bus, as she tries to clear her name and regain full, unrestricted custody of her daughter.

Sheena Upton, who played the role of ‘Kerry Campbell’ at the alleged behest of The Sun newspaper, now claims that Good Morning America were so excited to be first running her story on American television that they didn’t fact check. But, this is the same woman who claims she ‘doesn’t know’ what botox is. Upton told TMZ.com in a series of questions about the scandal, that GMA producers, who she claims offered her $10,000 for her story in some convoluted payment scheme (with Inside Edition offering $9,500), ‘didn’t ask me any questions to try to figure out anything.’ She claims they used her and now she feels ‘manipulated’ and ‘taken advantage of.’ A spokesperson for GMA, hating the view from under the bus, claims they ‘repeatedly questioned Upton, members of her family, and other sources who again and again stood by the Botox story.’ One thing I guess they didn’t bother looking for were those little sash things or the crowns girls get after winning pageants. Or any proof Upton’s daughter had been in a pageant. Which would have been their first clue, given that the girl’s never starred in a pageant.

Botox Mom Claims Not To Know What Botox Is

The Botox Mom story is getting more ridiculous by the minute. Botox Mom, whose real name has been revealed as Sheena Upton after she lied about that too, has recorded responses to a series of questions for TMZ.com. In one interview, Upton discusses being approached by The Sun newspaper and staging the entire event.

Specifically, she’s throwing The Sun under the bus, claiming the newspaper tried to underpay her by half. And they asked her to stage photos she was too simple-minded to question at the time. Upton claims there were no photos of the reported-upon Brazilian waxes of her eight-year-old because as a mother she refused to stage something so vile. However, she didn’t hesitate to pose with a syringe that she claims had no needle (RadarOnline.com contends the syringe was ‘filled with saline’ and nothing was injected into the child). Moreover, once the ‘Botox Mom’ story came out, Upton didn’t bother to Google/ Wikipedia ‘Botox.’ ‘Honestly,’ she tells TMZ, ‘I don’ even know what botox is.’ This doesn’t jive with the photos taken, which show a needle. Moreover, according to Radar Online, ‘Alley Einstein, the British reporter who first reported on the Botox mom in March, says she definitely witnessed Upton inject her daughter with something from a bottle bearing a Botox label.’ The same reporter claims that Upton tried to extort money for keeping quiet about the staged story, ‘She’s been asking me for thousands of pounds or she’d go public,’ in addition to the $800 paid for a piece which first appeared in the British magazine Closer, then The Sun newspaper, then Good Morning America and Inside Edition. ‘Needless to say, I didn’t pay her.’ Moreover, Einstein claims Upton welcomed a backlash. ‘I told her she’d be one of the world’s most hated women when my article would appear,’ Einstein recalled. ‘[Upton replied], ‘That’s fine, I’d be happy if that occurs.’

1) Lie About Giving Daughter Botox 2) ? 3) Profit

The woman dubbed ‘Botox Mom’ after she appeared in a British tabloid and then on two American television shows has admitted under penalty of perjury that she lied about everything. The woman had been caught in several lies; not least her name, where she lived, the treatment of her daughter, and that her daughter had ever starred in any beauty pageants. RadarOnline.com already established that her publicised name of ‘Kerry Campbell’ was fake. She also didn’t live in San Francisco, but in Southern California. She also has a second, younger daughter.

Child Protective Services has been conducting an investigation since Botox Mom went on television and claimed she botoxed her eight-year-old herself and gave waxes in her intimate areas to stop the growth of any pubic hair (‘virgin waxes,’ anyone… gross). Last weekend, the child was removed from the home while CPS established what had been going on. They’d reportedly struggled to get even basic, honest information from Botox Mom; even something as basic as whether the child ever competed in any pageants. Claiming Botox Mom was obsessed with reality television, a source told RadarOnline, ‘Investigators and social workers have been unable to prove that Britney has ever been in any beauty pageants. Britney [was] being cared for by relatives, and [has been] doing well.’ Adding, ‘Child Protective Services are conducting an investigation about the Botox claims, and at this point, there is absolutely no evidence that Kerry injected Britney with Botox.’ Moreover, TMZ.com obtained a sworn declaration written by Sheena Upton, Botox Mom’s real name I guess, saying she basically lied for money after being approached by The Sun newspaper. For money. With a storyline they’d pre-fabricated. The Sun asked Upton ‘to play the role of Kerry Campbell’, for a story called, ‘I Give My 8-Year-Old Daughter Botox.’ The newspaper paid her $200, ‘I was provided with the story, instructions and a script to follow for a recorded interview.’ After the story broke, she was approached by Inside Edition and Good Morning America, for which she was offered a ‘large fee’. Sources claim GMA promised her $10,000; something ABC disputes, clarifying, ‘There is no truth to the story about compensation, but they did pay a broker no more than $10,000 to license photos.’ Upton now swears no such beauty treatments took place and she can prove it. ‘The truth is I have never given my daughter Botox, nor allowed her to get any type of waxing, nor is she a beauty pageant contestant.’ On May 17, the child was examined at the UCLA Medical Center. ‘After my daughter received a full medical exam, Upton continued, ‘the results indicated that she has not ever received treatments including Botox or other such injections.’ After having the girl checked out, child welfare officials allowed her to go home with her mother on the condition a cousin stay with them both.

Jake Gyllenhaal Hates Faked Underwear Photo

Jake Gyllenhaal’s lawyer has started sending out cease and desist letters to websites who posted that underwear photo from a few days ago. I first saw the photo on DListed.com, who correctly noted that one version of the photo had a TMZ.com mark slapped on it… and yet a quick search of TMZ revealed no such photo. That alone was reason enough for me to skip posting the image. That and it was pretty obviously Photoshopped. Gyllenhaal seems to have a pretty good, self-deprecating sense of humour. But he had zero sense of humour for the person who ‘Shopped his head onto a dude doing a sub-par Grace Jones impression. BuzzFeed.com got the legal letter and they posted it. As did Queerty who were sent one too. The letter notes that the image was faked. Gyllenhaal will start suing if anyone leaves it up. There’s a cropped version above. I guess it’s just of some random guy who makes sure to match his socks to the carpet.

The Situation Sues Father Frank Sorrentino

The Situation has filed a lawsuit against his own father. The lawsuit was inevitable, as Frank Sorrentino spent the last week doing nothing but ‘Gym, Tan, Laundry, Defame.’ He was so heavy on the defaming that an entire website and YouTube channel were required solely for the purposes of saying nasty things about his son. For example, did you know The Situation is a ‘Little s**t’ and a ‘F**king little f**k,’ The Situation ‘withheld money’ that his father needed for an operation even on the promise of paying him back, and years ago The Situation ‘got fired’ for getting a blow job from a 40-year-old co-worker. Well, everyone who watched the YouTube videos knows it. And everyone who visited the dedicated The Situation hate site started by his father, The Confrontation Site, knows it too. According to the lawsuit, Frank Sorrentino is illegally infringing The Situation’s name and likeness by plastering it all over his website. And The Situation claims his business dealings as a professional douche are being harmed by the negative things said on the site. The Situation is seeking unspecified damages. Pictures below show the Jersey Shore’s cast filming in Italy, yesterday.

Teen Mom 2′s Jenelle Evans Checks Into Rehab

The 16 & Pregnant/ Teen Mom franchises are second only to Disney in the rate at which they can ruin a young life. Previously, the only choices you had as the parent of an unloved child were beauty pageants or The Mickey Mouse Club. Today, with the advent of all these newfangled shows on the picture box and the Interwebs, there are a myriad of ways to toss your child to the wolves while ensuring their beer fund contains enough coins to keep you in clean Depends until you peace out. Rather than be the kind of stupid a**hole who botoxes and waxes their eight-year-old, why not wait an additional eight years and stop parenting altogether? It worked for the Teen Moms’ parents. Jenelle Evans is the picture of poor life choices. Last month, she pled guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia (she can clear her record and get the charges dropped if she performs 24 hours of community service). ‘She is clean right now and has been that way for several weeks’ a source tells Us Weekly. ‘She’s doing this program to help her cope with all the stress in her life: her family situation, her legal issues, her general anxiety.’ In March, she was filmed beating a former friend as her equally-classy friends egged her on. The 19-year-old has entered a rehab program in Malibu.

Evans has a son, Jace, who’s nearly two. Mother and baby are pictured below.
