Sam Ronson Partied Too Hard For Lindsay Lohan

Samantha Ronson partied so hard and so often it scared away Lindsay Lohan who would otherwise have spent more time with her. Like I said in the last post, I read Ronson’s DUI arrest details like it was 2006 and somehow she and Lohan had Freaky Friday’d and switched bodies (leaving Ronson with the burning sensation in her fire crotch). Turns out, the death of Jackass’ Ryan Dunn did nothing to dissuade celebrities from drinking heavily and getting behind the wheel of a car. Because dying behind the wheel of a car you’re too drunk to operate replaces the urge to collect mugshots. Whatever the case, Ronson was so out of control, a Lohan struggling to retain sobriety stayed away from her troubled ex-girlfriend… and I just wrote those words. ‘Sam Ronson’s DUI comes as no surprise to her friends who have been worried that Sam has ‘not been acting like herself’ lately. In the past couple of months, Ronson has been hitting the nightclubs a lot harder than she used to staying out longer hours and boozing more than ever. Even her ex-girlfriend Lindsay Lohan felt things were getting bad with Sam… and she decided to minimize her contact with the DJ because she felt Sam wouldn’t be a positive influence,’ reports TMZ.com. I have no words. Because there are none.

Lindsay Lohan’s firecrotch cooties have metastasized in Samantha Ronson’s brain with no hope of treatment, evidently. Ronson got busted for a crime that makes me wonder if TMZ.com mistakenly Find+Replaced/ switched their surnames by accident. Well, assuming Lohan wasn’t on crack and at the wheel, it’s reported that Ronson was pulled over for speeding outside Baker, California where she took and failed a field sobriety test. She refused a breathalizer, she was arrested for DUI, and she was taken to the popo station where she breath-tested over the limit. Sidenote: Ronson was listed as 5’7″ and 102 pounds on her booking sheet.

Leighton Meester And Her Mother Are Classy

Leighton Meester of Gossip Girl is suing her mother for spending money in the style of a vapid Real Housewife, instead of using the funds for their intended purpose. Meester, who starred in a sex tape about which everyone seems to have forgotten, has pulled the classy move of suing her mother. This is hardly the first time a celebrity has sued a parent and it won’t be the last. But it remains the move of a class act. Meester claims that, as her brother was not able to afford medical care of which he was in urgent need, she sent funds of around $7,500 that she claims her mother diverted and spent on plastic surgery, Botox and hair extensions. Meester also wants a judge to declare a supposed verbal contract between her and her mother that Meester pay $10,000-a-month for life, on pain of a further lawsuit, since the mother refuses to work, be declared fabrication.

Anna Nicole Smith’s Estate Will Get No Money

The estate of the late Anna Nicole Smith has been denied its claim for millions from the estate of the late J. Howard Marshall. After 15 years, the Supreme Court ruled that Smith’s estate will not get any of Marshall’s $89 million of his $1.6 billion fortune. A 25-year-old stripper when she met the 85-year-old oil baron in 1991, she married him in 1994. Marshall passed away 14-months later and Smith found she’d been left nothing and sued for half. Before it went to appeals, she initially won $474 million that was reduced to $89 million. The Supreme Court ruled today that the bankruptcy court who awarded the money had no right to do so. So, her estate gets nothing. That applies to sole heir, four-year-old daughter, Dannielynn, who’s being raised by father, Larry Birkhead.

Actor Sam Jones III Gets One Year In Prison

The dude who’s more famous for taping himself balls-deep in Hugh Hefner’s sloppy seconds than his parts on several prime time shows is going to prison. Sam Jones III has been sentenced to one-year-and-change, 366 days, in jail for his part in an Oxycodone trafficking ring. He was supposed to get five-years, but the judge appeared to take pity after a plea to the court claiming Jones’ part in the ring was too minor to merit the longer sentence. Jones hasn’t been saving his sex tape money and recently pled guilty to conspiracy to sell more than 10,000 of the pills. Jones will have to surrender when it’s decided where he’ll serve his time.

Amber Portwood Gets Two Years Of Probation

Proving once again that the law is an a$$, Amber Portwood got away with committing felony assault in front of witnesses and on camera. Because putting someone in prison for anything short of murder should be a crime in itself, Portwood had many of her charges dropped as she appeared in an Indiana courtroom on Thursday and the expected harsh sentences amounted to nothing.

It had been expected that for the original charges of felony domestic battery, committed last year, Portwood would receive up to two-years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Because producers need to observe her in the wild, where she’ll end up in great shape to appear on Extreme Couponing or Hoarders, her two-year sentence was suspended and she was placed on two years of probation by Judge David Happe in the Madison County court. According to E! Online, Portwood struck a plea deal when she pled guilty to battery; her other two charges, a felony count of neglect of a dependent and a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery, were dismissed and the no contact order for her baby was also lifted.
