First Kanye West did it, then Nichole Richie and now Lindsay Lohan… WTF? [Website – Amy Grindhouse].

Seems that paparazzi/ camera-holder-upper hitting, is the new black…

Lindsay Lohan is the latest celebrity to lose their shit, because someone with a camera is within spitting distance of them.

According to TMZ:

Lilo was heading into The Bowery Hotel in NYC Sunday night — the same place J.Lo is throwing a birthday party for Marc Anthony — when she tripped over a metal barricade that had been set up. According to our guy on the scene, Lindsay must have thought one of the paps tripped her — because she turned around and punched a photog in the nose!

She was on the phone at the time and, after the punch, told whoever she was talking to, “Oh my God, I just hit a paparazzi.”

Shock of all shocks, police were called, but Lohan will not face charges for this.

Do you think this gives you and I free licence to go around smacking the shit out of people?

Like just walk up to someone and punch them in the face and then say, ‘but Dude, Lindsay, Nicole and Kanye did it, why cant I?!?’

*Making mental note* Will attempt this latest experiment in lab test and report back (perhaps minus mah front teefs?).

Nicole Richie Pulled A Kanye

Nicole Richie and her spangly headband, have gone on the world’s least threatening rampage [Website – Amy Grindhouse].

Homegirl has been accused of pulling a Kanye West.

Richie stands accused of having snatched up a camera out of a fan’s hand and in a fit of rage (that I can only assume was brought on by a lack of carbs) she smashed it on the ground.

What’s a girl to do?

Her headband is clearly on too tight.

I’ve been there before – it’s enough to drive a bitch insane. Tight headbands can cut off the blood-supply to the brain and drive you to do all kinds of weird and wonderful things. Last time I donned a snazzy headband, it made me lightheaded and I went on a murderous rampage and massacred the English language :D

According to the NY Post:

Nicole Richie kicked off the diva fits at an after-party for Charlotte Ronson by grabbing a fan’s camera and smashing it to the ground. While Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson were celebrating at Country Club on West 14th Street with host Alan Philips of Sky Group, Richie left early at 11 p.m.

As she walked out, “a young, Swedish tourist was trying to take her photo,” said one witness. Richie shouted, “I’m not an animal” then “jumped over the velvet rope, ripped the camera out of the girl’s hand, and smashed it to the ground.” Reps for Richie didn’t reply to Page Six.

From this day forth, I declare that I will never hold Richie or any of her equally thin posse, responsible for their actions.

Lack of carbs/ the pressure to look fabulous at all times, can drive a bitch to murder. I think the fan got off lightly!

Kanye Arrested For Vandalism, Battery & Bitch-ass-ness

Kanye ‘Permanently Distressed’ West was arrested at 7:51 a.m. PST today, at LAX Airport – Los Angeles, for ‘bitch-ass-ness’ in the first degree [Website – Amy Grindhouse].

For those who don’t speak ‘legal-ese’, ‘bitch-ass-ness’ that is fancy people talk for felony vandalism and battery. In this case, for allegedly smashing up people’s shit and seemingly roughing them up.

The 31-year-old rapper is being charged for battery and vandalism – the alleged reason being due a photographer trying to take photos of him at the American Airlines terminal. West allegedly confronted the pap and smashed his camera to the ground.

A TMZ videographer was taping this entire ordeal, so when West realized, he rushed to the camera man and yelled, “Gimme that f—ing tape!”

Both West and his assistant were arrested.

Hayden Pantyliner thinks her mother’s abuse allegations were a storm-in-a-tea-cup.

Pantyliner has opened up for the first time about the incident which saw her father carted away by police in the middle of the night, after allegations of physical abuse.

“It was blown way out of proportion by a sheriff who wanted his fifteen minutes of fame,” she says. “My family is wonderful — so very happy. We’re all great.”

Christian Bale Let Off With Caution

Christian Bale is being let of of his assault charge with a warning [Website – Amy Grindhouse].

Bale, who was questioned by police because of an alleged verbal smack down on his own mother, has been let off with a police caution.

As I am aware that many of you reading this are non U.K. based, just so you know, verbal assault (threatening by shouting/ cussing etc., with intention to intimidate – broadly speaking) is against the law in England. Yes, really.

According to the Sun, Bale will get a slap on the wrist, as long as he admits guilt when he answers bail in September.

Paris Hilton Sued For $75,000 Over Poor Movie Promotion

Paris Hilton has been sued by the producers of the 2006 shit flick ‘National Lampoon’s Pledge This!’.

Worldwide Entertainment Group Inc. have filed a $75,000 lawsuit for damages against Hilton. They claim the usually nudie star was too much of a lazy old ‘ho-bag to bother promoting her own movie.

Hilton was paid $1 million and she even received *clears throat and tries not to laugh* an Executive Producer credit.

She allegedly didn’t hold up her end of the bargain and the project only made $1.5 million worldwide.

And, I repeat, she was paid $1 million, the movie made $1.5 mil and they are only suing for 75k… What school did these plebs go to that taught them maths like that?

According to the BBC:

Papers filed at the US District Court in Miami claim Hilton was paid $1m (£526,119) for her “acting services”. She was also expected to do “reasonable promotion and publicity” for the film.
