Leighton Meester’s mother dropped her $3 million parental support lawsuit after realising it made her look Toddlers & Tiaras-level insane. The actress first sued her mother for spending $7,500, intended for her brother’s medical bills, on botox and plastic surgery. Her mother counter sued for breach of verbal contract, claiming to have ‘sacrificed her happiness,’ for the 25-year-old to become famous. But the counter suit to replenish the botox fund has been dropped.

There are so many of these videos where some excitable 20-something is swinging their d**k around because it’s not like everyone has a camera phone and this stuff’s going to live forever on the Internet. This week’s Star reports Portwood was caught on camera getting into a nasty fist-fight with a stranger in Indiana. ‘[Amber] was drunk, and there was another girl in the restaurant who had been drinking too and apparently said something about Amber to her friend,’ a source tells the magazine. ‘Amber instigated the fight. She told the girl, ‘You don’t know anything about me! I’m gonna whup your a$$!’ They just attacked each other. There were a couple punches thrown and hair pulling, then they were separated.’
Oh dear. Nearly two years ago, Brooke Mueller and her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, got into a coke-paddy in Aspen. This weekend, Mueller allegedly got into another fight in Aspen and was allegedly caught with cocaine. According to People.com, ‘On Dec. 2, 2011, at 11:32 p.m., officers with the Aspen Police Department were on a routine walk through at the [music venue] Belly Up, Aspen when they contacted a woman who reported an assault. The woman identified Brooke Mueller, 34, as the aggressor… After midnight, December 3, 2011, Aspen police located Mueller at Escobar [nightclub]. Mueller was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree, a class one misdemeanor, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, a class four felony. Mueller posted bond of $11,000 and was released with a District Court date of December 19, 2011.’ According to subsequent reports, Sheen paid her bail. Sources tell People Mueller cannot stay sober: ‘Brooke can’t stay sober on her own… Maybe this [arrest] will force her to go into a treatment center for a long stay. Thirty-day rehabs won’t work for her. Her family has been trying to get her to do this, now maybe the court will force her to get the help she needs! She has enough family to take care of the kids while she’s away.’ Mueller’s rep, Steve Honig, the same guy who reps for Lindsay Lohan said: ‘We are declining comment [However] I think anyone who is truly a friend of Brooke’s would not be spending their time talking anonymously and behind her back to the media. I seriously question the validity of any comments made by these people alleging to be friends with Brooke.’
Mariah Yeater has a new lawyer and RadarOnline.com reports it’s still game-on. I guess TMZ.com came early in its circlejirk this morning. Although she was dropped by her two original lawyers, Yeater has another person to represent her, Chicago-based Jeffrey Leving (the guy who bemoaned Justin Bieber’s need to be extorted in public). Leving gave a phone interview with WGNtv in Chicago, saying Yeater has been receiving death threats, against herself and her baby. However, she only went quiet while she organised a new legal team. ‘I did not step down and there is a legal team. It’s a new legal team. In light of death threats against my client, strategies have been reviewed…the San Diego team has been replaced by John Carlson from Los Angeles,’ said Leving. ‘She believes Justin Bieber is the father. Right now there’s no more interviews for Mariah Yeater, I’m not going to allow that. Secondly, negotiations are going on right now with Bieber’s counsel and we’re trying to negotiate a private, secure DNA test with the same safe guards that would exist if there were a court order, but without a court order. The case is completely out of control and I don’t want something terrible to happen to my client or her child.’ RadarOnline notes it’s unclear whether or not Yeater’s case is still technically active. Leving adds, ‘My goal is that when the DNA test is completed, which I believe it will be, my goal is to keep everything confidential so the results will remain confidential.’ NOOOOPE.
Kim Zolciak’s ex-husband, Daniel Dominic Toce, father to the two daughters she paraded on The Real Housewives of Atlanta is a convicted child molester who is currently in a Connecticut state prison after pleading guilty to molesting a 15-year-old girl. The father of 14-year-old Brielle and 10-year-old Ariana was married to Zolciak for two years, before they split in 2003. Toce was arrested and pled guilty last year to felony sexual abuse. He was sentence to 10 years in jail, but he will only serve 2.5 years with the rest suspended. Sources tell Starcasm.net that Toce ‘has a quite some trouble with drugs. He also has an extensive criminal record. Toce was imprisoned for charges of sexual assault in Southeastern Connecticut, December 2010. He was in custody when he was arrested again for another sexual assault incident on a minor that took place in Cromwell, CT in 2009. He was arrested October 29th by State Police from the Troop E barracks in Montville and charged with one count each of second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury… Daniel is currently going through [a third divorce]. Kim was his second, and he was allegedly seeing her while he was still married to his first wife, who he also has kids with.’ Zolciak only recently learned of Toce’s proclivities and she has cut ties between Toce and her daughters.

In a preview of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, as promoted by E!, the familial matriarch is seen getting incisions made on her face. After the procedure, her whole face looked puffy. Khloe Kardashian-Odom made comments about how the work was unnoticeable and after two weeks her mother had been walking around with no one realising she’d had work done. All of which is going to bite her pimp momager in the a$$. Because Jenner is being sued over the anti-ageing product she is paid to endorse. The company suing Jenner insists she breached their contract, viable March 2011 through March 2012, by admitting the June surgery.
