You poop wrong. Yes, you. The way you do everything is insufficient and inferior, including the way you poop. But, have no fear, GOOP is here! She’s here to give you a demonstration of how one mounts the terlet sidesaddle and doesn’t splash. I wish I were kidding about all of this, but I honestly get the distinct impression this new GOOP colon cleanse product is more of a judgement of our bowel movements than a money-making endeavor. The $425 kit includes a three-week supply of: Nourish: Protein powder; Move: Fiber powder; Clear 1: Probiotic anti-microbial; Balance: Insulin regulator; Cleanse Manual, Ease: Digestive enzyme; Encourage: Strong probiotic; Clear 2: Herbal anti-microbial; Relief: Liver support; Recipe Guide. I’m not fancy enough to understand this, but I think it’s overpriced Ex-Lax. Its use is part of GOOP’s New Year edict, third year running.

Please Don’t Try Eva Longoria’s Divorce Diet
Eva Longoria is talking about her divorce again. This time, she’s talking about her post-split weight loss and the chants of ‘RIBS ARE FOR FATTIES!’ as soon as she ditched that bothersome last three-pounds. If you need to lose three-pounds too, please don’t try Longoria’s divorce diet. She doesn’t endorse it, since it’s not very healthy. In Health Magazine, Longoria says she became ‘[too] thin’ but people kept telling her how great she looked at that weight: ‘After my divorce, I was so thin and everyone kept saying how great I looked and it was probably the most unhealthy place I’ve ever been. So it was funny what people would see as healthy. In my worst time, people were saying I’ve never looked better. [But now] I have a great diet and exercise routine. I try to have a healthy outlook… I don’t get depressed. Even after my divorce, everybody was like, ‘Wow, you bounced back so quick.’ I was like, ‘I am not letting this take over. Something great is around the corner… I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen.’
Photos are of Eva Longoria in April, six-months after divorcing Tony Parker.
Jennifer Hudson Turned Down Precious Role
Jennifer Hudson was offered the titular role in the 2009 Oscar-nominated movie Precious. In her horribly-named memoir, I Got This: How I Changed My Ways and Lost What Weighed Me Down, Hudson admits turning down the role because she was asked to gain weight after losing it all through Weight Watchers. ‘I had done that with Effie [in Dreamgirls],’ wrote Hudson. ‘As much as I was moved by this film, I wanted to try a role that had nothing whatsoever to do with my weight.’ Eight photos of Hudson at the VH1 Divas Celebrates Soul in NYC on December 18.

Demi Lovato Is Not Amused By Anorexia Jokes
Demi Lovato is not amused by her former pimps mocking eating disorders like the one(s) from which she’s still recovering. Lovato risked the back of Disney’s pimp hand by calling them out on Twitter. Disney Channel’s Shake It Up show recently made an anorexia joke: ‘I could just eat you up, well if I ate.’ Lovato reacted on Twitter: ‘I find it really funny how a company can lose one of their actress’ from the pressures of an EATING DISORDER and yet still make joke about… that very disease. #nice. And is it just me or are the actress’ [on Disney Channel] getting THINNER AND THINNER…. I miss the days of RAVEN and LIZZIE MCGUIRE. Dear Disney Channel, EATING DISORDERS ARE NOT SOMETHING TO JOKE ABOUT.’ Following an easily-misread aside about the weight of Raven Symone 1.0 and a pre-preggo Hilary Duff, Lovato responded to comments about her own weight: ‘I’ve gained weight. Get over it. That’s what happens when you get out of treatment for AN EATING DISORDER.’ The DisneyPR Twitter took note and pulled the episode and another like it: ‘We hear you & are pulling both episodes as quickly as possible & reevaluating them. It’s NEVER our intention to make light of eating disorders!’ Photos of Lovato in New York City December 9.
Albino Snooki Covers 80% Of Her ‘Latin Curves’
It appears that since being slammed for her weight, and her perfectly-round gas baby, Christina Aguilera has covered up. She was spotted this weekend with her son, Max Bratman, and fellow-boozehound Matthew Rutler, buying a Christmas tree in West Hollywood. You may not recognize Albooki, but she’s under Carmen San Diego’s hat. Does Albooki look better with her ‘Latin curves’ on lock?
Kirstie Alley May Sue Over Bulimia Accusations
The National Enquirer recently ran a story about Kirstie Alley’s supposed 100 pound weight loss, entitled ‘Kirstie Bulimia Fears.’ In all fairness, Alley herself joked about having an eating disorder when asked how she lost so much weight. She claims to be size four and she claims to have lost 100 of her original 230 pounds… which would make her 130 pounds? I think people think she’s lost more weight than she really has after photos from NY Fashion Week were used to illustrate her weight loss. She was cleverly-styled, nothing more. She looks like she does in THESE photos, taken last week. Anyway, Alley claims she lost weight through diet, exercise and her Scientology-backed diet program. Because Xenu demands credit, she’s probably going to sue after learning of the piece in The Enquirer. She tweeted, ‘Bulemmia, is a serious situation not to be taken lightly.. it can cause death..this accusation is degrading 2 those who from suffer it. … I smell a big ole lawsuit … This story will not run in UK.. just watch.. in UK the source must be REAL and named Enquirer, Im coming for u this time..get ready!!’
