Solange Knowles has a new haircut and showcased it earlier today. She took the “haircutting” a little too seriously and actually took the whole lot off. But it’s a fresh new look and it’s hard to be mad at her. Solo Orange still looks cute without any locks and I bet not having to deal with that lace front weave mess feels great. There are conflicting reports of when she got this done, as she could have been hiding a shaved head under her weave for some time. Orange must need some media love today, as she has chosen now to show her cropped head off.
If she’s in Houston, I don’t blame her a bit. It’s hot as hell here in TX, and dark hair only makes it worse. Must be part of the Rhianna/Michelle O short hair continuum. It’s cute and practical, so I support it.
I think she looks cute too. Not everyone has the face to pull of a partial/ fully shaved head. It’s pretty warm over here, so I can’t imagine how damn hot it must be over your way.
It’s all the way down to a cool 96*F. We get 2wk+ stretches of 100*F (or higher) weather starting in June. I’m not in Houston, but that place is pretty much reclaimed swamp, so it’s even nastier there. Were it not for the mild winters, I’d relocate to Norway or somefinornuffin.
WTF?!? is she trying to bring back the Sinead look? i don’t like it, yet for some reason it brings out her facial features and she doesn’t look like drag queen version of her sister.
I like when people stip away drag queen hair and make up. I think she has a cute enough face to pull it off.
