Jionni LaValle reportedly proposed to pregnant Snooki in news revealed by People Magazine’s sources on Monday. Except the source reports are less-compelling when you realise she’s been walking around the set of her new show wearing a diamond engagement ring so the news was going to break eventually. In related news, her ex-boyfriend is still a name-dropping schmuck, despite Snooki’s lawyer sending a cease and desist about the probable libel he’s spreading in the media. Ex-boyfriend Emilio Masella gave an interview with TMZ.com Monday during which this quote was attributed to him: ‘I hope for her sake… not to be rude or anything… but I hope she has a miscarriage [because she's not ready to be a mother yet].’ He ran to RadarOnline.com to deny the quote: ‘I never would say that I hope Snooki has a miscarriage.’ And he phoned into TMZ LIVE to repeat his denial: ‘What I meant by the statement was that I hope she doesn’t have the child. I hope the test is wrong. She’s too young.’
