Mariah Carey is set to get back in the perfume game and show Ms Lopez who she’s messing with. The singer seems to have taken a break from feuding with Eminem and cooing over her child of a husband and gotten back to one of the things she does best, making money.
After much success with her first fragrance, M by Mariah Carey in 2007, the songstress is set to launch her sophomore scent, Forever ($42 to $65), this September. The line will also include a parfum ($250!) and a body lotion ($28). Of the inspiration behind the name, Mariah told WWD.”I am in a wonderful place right now, surrounded by all the things I love, and Forever captures this moment in time.” (via Bella Sugar)
The fragrance is described as having an opulent floral scent; having top notes of neroli, dewy green apple, and lotus blossom, along with middle notes of gardenia and tuberose. However, anyone who follows the work of La Moo Moo knows that this is horse sh*t. The claim not the smell. There is no way that is how it smells. If this is really her perfume, it will smell exactly like its maker and everyone knows that the singer smells like unicorn sweat and fairy glitter (top notes of possum farts and middle notes of puppy tears).
Well, if you ask Eminem it would smell of empty wine bottles and premature jizz.
Oh, I had NO idea possums farted. But since they are marsupials (both the American and Australian kinds) and only have one opening for all things (like birds and reptiles) is it really a fart?
