And, once again, my burfday falls on a weekend, when I know you biatches will be most likely in a drunken stupor, slumped outside a club and not at home reading my site, but DUDE, I just reached another tiny blog milestone. It’s 1 February and I am SICKS MUNFS old today [Website – Amy Grindhouse].
SICKS MUNFS… wow, I feel old!
I know it is kind of redundant telling you biatches that I am jail-bait playing hardball with the big boys, but I am so freakin’ excited that I cannot hold back my jubilation. At SICKS MUNFS old, I am now able to spell almost entire sentences without having to spell check every MFing word (spell check is for pussies). I am old enough to vote and drink, and I am looking forward to popping my blogging cherry now that I am finally of age.
It’s been so much fun blogging for y’all.
I also wanted to take this opportunity to say, once again, a short word about how and why I run this site the way that I do. First, I am a bit on the wild side, but it is deliberate. I run this bitch and am still wallowing in being really rather free to say/ do/ sleep with whomever or whatever I please, and no one can tell me shinznit. On a personal note, my offline life isn’t quite so free and I want to thank you all for showing me some real love and support over these last SICKS MUNFS and making me very happy. I am rarely as chillaxed and happy as I am when I’m socialising with you all!
I always try to be nice to community members, even when I am in a shitty mood. I am trying to grow as a person and writer. I always reply to emails/ comments etc. and I always want to show that I love and genuinely care about/ respect the people who visit this site, so you don’t get the feeling of being dissed and dismissed that I had, years ago, when I tried to reach out to certain people online.
AmyGrindhouseDotCom has now been a sweary, inarticulate, blasphemous blight on your lives, like a hard to shift case of herpes or some bloggin’ renegade playing fast-and-loose with the English language as if its life depended on it, for SICKS whole MUNFS. And frankly, I am wetting my pants in excitement at the prospect of another SICKS MUNFS!!!
Thanks specifically to some of my most active community members (in no particular order so they don’t murder me in my sleep); Emm, FC, Mik, Kelly, Starcasm, Mystery Man, Rain, Chris, Danity, Taylor, I Need My Fix, Busy Bee, Beej, Silvan… and all the other menaces on here. I adore you all. The site would not be what it is without you. Thank you.
I have also been fortunate enough to get some juicy, regular linkluv from bigger/ older news, humour and lifestyle sites, and for that I am eternally grateful. Thank you to Celeb Warship, Splash and many more, for the links and props (if you’re not listed, I didn’t forget you, I’d just rather thank you individually). You guys all kick arse – Rock On!
