A Shauna Sand sex tape is causing argument and scandal, between her and an adult entertainment company attempting to sell her out. A hardcore sex tape of Shauna Sand has been uncovered that shows her and her current boyfriend together, during a point earlier in the year.
If Sand loses this legal fight, then the tape is set to be released October 19, 2009. Sand has admitted to TMZ that the tape is real and that, in fact, it is one of several sex tapes that she has made with her boyfriend. Yes, you read that correctly, she admitted without being directly asked that she had made several videos. Sigh. Her qualm about the release was that she didn’t give a sign-off or her consent. As such, she considers the tape unlawful.
So far as the company in possession of the tape, Vivid Entertainment, are concerned, they have no issues as they were sold the recording by a third-party. I bet people are going to be downloading and file-sharing the heck out of this when it hits the net. This is the kind of thing that will be downloaded like a leaked Harry Potter movie. Sand and her lawyer better get on this mother, quick.
