Scarlett Johansson spent a lunch date using her toes to massage Sean Penn’s balls. I’m assuming there’s some stress ball massage going on there; if nothing else, because every lunch date of mine involving footsie has a happy ending. The 26-year-old and Penn, 50, were alleged a while ago to have been boning; not dating, just sleeping together, pretty much. I’m too much of a ‘pics/ sex tape or didn’t happen’ kind of girl to take these reports at face value. So I’m glad there’s now some proof that they’ve recently spent time together; time spent having lunch where Johansson had one leg on Penn’s lap as they ate and talked. The photo, which you can see on TMZ, was taken at Cuban restaurant Versailles in LA on Monday. Because Balls Mondays are not comped, Johansson got the bill.
