Samantha Ronson’s Mother Is Technically Correct About ‘Psychotic’ Lindsay Lohan

In an interview with the UK’s Daily Mail that’s really just a thinly-veiled shill for some fashion line, Samantha Ronson’s mother wants to take you back to when Ronson and Lindsay Lohan’s old face dated. In a series of observations that were more revealing when James Deen made them a few weeks ago, Ann Dexter-Jones has some anecdotes about Lindsay Lohan’s attention-seeking behaviours. Describing an after-party in Dubai, taking place in Oprah’s suite, attended by a bunch of other celebrities who were pulling focus, Lohan ‘Suddenly, without any warning, flung herself on to the thick carpet and started to roll around screaming like a child.’ Ronson’s mother adds, ‘It seemed she was upset that people, including Samantha, were not paying her enough attention. To my mind, it was classic psychotic behaviour. I took Lindsay aside and told her not to make a spectacle of herself. She was clearly out of control and spoiling for a fight.’ At which point Dexter-Jones stopped openly supporting the couple. ‘When I saw for myself just how volatile Lohan was,’ she continues, ‘I realised that the relationship was not healthy. She adds, ‘I saw how much pain my daughter was in and that she was suffering deeply. [Sam] is a very [relaxed] person and not used to the kind of turmoil that Lindsay seems to thrive on. I was seriously anxious about Samantha’s safety and well-being. I feared a tragedy.’ Photos from 2008.
