I now love the Alien Princess and her increasing-in-height hair as much as the next person, but having seen these images I do have to ask what in the holy name of effery is going on with her fashion sense.
The princess can be seen in the gallery @ Fred Segal with a magnificent mane that by the hour is stretching heavenward to new and exciting heights. That would be enough for your sore eyes to digest alone, but then them damn shades creep into view. Well, one can presume that they are shades and not two small television sets mounted to her face (cunningly styled to look like retro sunnies).
Being a glutton for punishment I checked out the fuggers denim jacket too (don’t give a sh*t who wears it, denim above the waistline is never okay). Whichever crackhead made man-jackets with rolled up sleeves popular will be getting a visit from mister sledgehammer tonight. They owe me their kneecaps for this monstrosity. I don’t play dat.
I stopped scrolling down the screen briefly when I got to the Hammer pants. And Ri had me dead at the boots unzipped all the way. So. Many. Things. Wrong. and in only one outfit. Why RiRi why!?!
I always found her fashion sense cringe-worthy. Good thing she’s so cute and likeable.
She is less offensive than other stars of her ilk… this outfit made me do a lol cats style head-tilt to one side.

I’m really going to need her to stop it with the “different” style choices. It’s ok to wear jeans. But of course for her to wear them, they are going to be ripped to hell and have chains or something. I like the boots though.

I am so with you on this one. I respect personal style, but this is getting ridic. I guess the boots could be cute if they were actually zipped.

LOL – Enjoyed the hair, wet my pants at the sunglasses/small television sets remark, head started tilting at the pants, head rolled off and bounced across the floor once we hit the boots Yowza!!!!
