This is the wedding invitation for the April 29 nuptials of Prince William and Kate Middleton. The wedding, frankly, is only really of interest to most people here because it allows most of the British population to have nearly a week off work (at the least, a long weekend). The invitation has been sent to 1,900 people who aren’t me. And who’ll show up in less fancy hats than I would have. Those 1,900 would also appear to not include Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, who got snubbed because she was caught soliciting bribes for access to the royal family.
