Paris Katherine Jackson can be seen in this video as she speaks at her father, Michael Jackson’s, public memorial.
Paris spoke at the Jackson memorial service about how her father was “the best” in the world and how she missed him. These touching words from such a young child were the only moment in the memorial the thawed my stone cold heart. Paris Katherine could hardly fight back her tears and was overwhelmed and overcome with emotion. So much so, that after uttering only a few words through streams of tears, she ran to the soothing arms of her nearby aunt, Janet.
Here are some of the words Paris Jackson shared with the audience.
- “I – just wanted to say…” she starts out, and Janet tells her gently, “Speak up Sweetheart, speak up.”
- Paris continues, “Ever since I was born . . . Daddy has been the best father that you can ever imagine.”
- She then adds, “. . . and I just want to say that I love him – so much.”
The Jackson children are Prince Michael II aka “Blanket”, 7 (behind with black hair), Paris, 11, and Prince Michael, 12 (behind with blonde hair).
