Paris Hilton To Be Sued in Class Action Lawsuit

Paris Hilton is to be sued in a $34 million class action lawsuit. The legal claim alleges that Hilton neglected to appear at a series of scheduled events in Italy and Germany.

Hilton was booked by promoters and should have appeared at a series of events. However, for unconfirmed reasons, the socialite refused to attend them. So basically, we can assume that she was possibly too busy partying elsewhere, or, she was otherwise engaged in debauchery. Of course that meant she could not have promoted some boring functions.

According to German newspaper Bild, a $34 million suit is being planned in what would not be the first claim that Hilton neglects her promotional obligations. The reality star escaped a separate suit earlier in the year, when she stood accused of not having promoted her terrible sorority movie Pledge This.

She snubbed one party in Frankfurt, Germany, where she was expected to be a guest of Hungarian royal Frederic Prinz von Anhalt’s adopted son Marcus.  The hotel heiress was also to appear in store Mediastar, to choose the winner of a contest. The store bosses are now planning to sue her for 7.3 million dollars. (Economic Times via ONTD)

She sucks, but they should’ve known that already. Shame on them for thinking she’s responsible.

    1. Word! That ho’ has never had to be responsible for anything in her life. I know it’s like, nothing in the US to be sued. But I still hope people keep suing her.

      1. Pauls says:

Well…yes. However, I’m sure she thinks of every suit as a status symbol. I don’t want that trick getting satisfaction out of it! If she were forced to do Chris Brown community service out of it, though, I’d be happy. She’d need to get sued outside of CA for that, though.

…and yet, somehow, this will magically disappear or bounce off her the way everything else (including bad music and movies) has.

    1. That’s the part about her that annoys me the most, I wish at least some of this crap would stick and tarnish her image.
