Paris Hilton is doing a bang up job of undressing a judge with her eyes and flirting her way out of an $8 million lawsuit’s claim that she did not do her part to promote 2006 flop, Pledge This.
Just so no one bothers wasting valuable booze money they’ll never see again, betting on the outcome of this trial, I should just tell you she’ll totally get away with this.
Chief U.S. District Judge Federico Moreno, who is hearing the case, appears to have a crush on the star. Case in point, the conversation below which happened between the two in lieu of dry humping in court:

WTF?!? that’s all i have to say about this. of course she’s gonna get off. seems like, with the exception of those 2 days she spent in jail (and all the drama behind it) she can do no wrong. can we say daddy’s money?
