Paris Hilton has been accused of stealing her fugly shoe designs from another company that makes fugly shoes. Bobo Hilton and her clown shoes are on sale for ridiculous prices, aimed at other women with giant clown feet. A shoe company called Gwyneth Shoes filed papers in Seattle last week, suing Bobo and accusing her of stealing the idea to put heart-shaped cushions inside her shoes.
They claim they came up with the idea in 2007, months before Bobo’s February 2009 launch of her line. The company, that sadly has nothing to do with Tofu Paltrow and her tootsies, is suing for trademark and patent infringement and they want all of the thousands of shoes baring the styling handed over to them.
