The two photographers who were smacked down at The Bachelor wedding, like they were part of some delightful open-air WWF match, are suing. It was pretty obvious that the roughing up the two photographers got, as seen in the photos and video, was pretty damn bad. They were on a public path, filming the wedding between The Bachelor’s Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney. The wedding security stormed over and wrestled the pair to the ground. Eric Brogmus and Maximiliano Lopes are claiming battery, false imprisonment, and negligence.
Disney/ABC Television Group, Next Entertainment, and the security company are said to have “breached their duty of reasonable conduct by attacking and detaining or authorizing the attack and detention” of both of the plaintiffs.
