Kim Kardashian was a guest on Piers Morgan Tonight, a show surprisingly still on air, along with eldest sister Kourtney Kardashian. Morgan, who’s been upsetting people left and right with his new CNN talk show, has apparently already run out of people to interview after talking to Oprah Winfrey, the first African-American billionaire and Condoleezza Rice, the first African-American woman secretary of state. And so he has used the Kardashian sisters as a back-up. Okay, sure.

Morgan, who’s not afraid of asking a probing question, asked Kardashian about her sex tape; a tape that, in all likelihood, she leaked herself for profit and then pretended to be devastated by as she quietly laughed all the way to the bank (see strategy later used by Kendra Wilkinson for multiple releases). For some reason, purportedly because he ‘knows [Kardashian] doesn’t want to talk about this’, and so he doesn’t want to ‘belabour’ the point, Morgan makes it clear this is a question Kardashian can skip. Rather than doing so, Kardashian, in a monotone, seeming to recite from memory, says she’s devastated and embarrassed. And not just at being asked such a coddling question. With a leading question declaring what a ‘victim’ of this ‘terrible’, ‘modern curse [of the Internet]‘ Kardashian is, after the release of her ‘appallingly invasive’ tape, she replies she felt ‘embarrassment’ and ‘shame’ and was lucky to have ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush in her life to help count all that extra money (paper cuts are a b**ch).

Kim Kardashian was a guest on CNN’s Piers Morgan Tonight. I don’t think I’ve mentioned this explicitly before, but we no longer want him and, like Simon Cowell, you’re stuck with Morgan. That said and agreed upon in indelible ink, let’s all move on with our lives. Kardashian was interviewed along with her eldest sister who had very little interesting to say, so let’s ignore her for a moment. In addition to addressing Kardashian’s sex tape, Morgan also asked her about whether her breasts were real. Kardashian already answered this, ‘No,’ to my satisfaction. Kardashian again claims her breasts are real. And I believer her. ‘There’s a lot of plastic surgery rumors that swirl and I’m the first one to be super honest,’ says Kardashian, 30, who admits to trying Botox. ‘And so everyone was talking about that, saying that they must be, you know, fake. [However] they are real. They are completely 100 percent real.’  Morgan tells the reality star, ‘You just look like you must have had [surgery].’ She responds, ‘That’s what Spanx and masking tape are for.’ Kourtney Kardashian says what we already knew, that she’s had surgery, pre-pregnancy. ‘These babies are not real,’ she laughs while pointing at a cardboard cutout of herself (in one of the videos below). ‘I used to make fun of [Kim] when we were little and then I went and got surgery.’ The Kardashian sisters also attempt to explain their talents and they clearly struggle, falling back on ‘Marketing…’ and… ‘Fashion’ as answers to Morgan’s straightforward question of what their talents are as celebrities.
