Lindsay Lohan is off formal probation. About which I mostly forgot, and slept through, since I didn’t feel like watching braless contrition. Turns out I was right to skip it, since little happened except the judge pointed out Lohan’s celebrity and the implications it has for Lohan’s obligation to obey all laws especially until mid-2014 whens she’s off informal probation. Here are some photos of Lohan, wearing Givenchy, Celine, and The Row, going into and sitting in court. Along with video of Lohan being cleared, while at 00:28 in the first video her lawyer’s eyelids flicker with ‘She’s ’bout choo!’ at the mention of Lohan’s clubbing and acting out in public. There’s also video of Lohan phoning in to TMZ Live, where she admitted the site is quicker than her lawyer at relaying court-based information when the hosts told her the Canada work permit came through and Lohan had no idea. In the TMZ Live video, Lohan says she’s never blamed paparazzi for her problems. Except that’s a lie, because she blamed them for the hit-and-run: ‘I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn’t even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi,’ and a few years back when she drunk fell and blamed the paps for pushing her: ‘If anyone caused me to nearly fall it was the pyschotic paparazzi…’ Can she stay out of trouble?
