Karrine “Superhead” Steffans can be seen in the video above, reminding men everywhere why they should take all their crap with them, when they move out of a woman’s house [Website – Amy Grindhouse].

Steffans is best known for – and there is no nice way of saying this - getting around, in the hip hop world. As well as the tell all she wrote about it, entitled ‘Confessions of a Video Vixen‘.

She used to be with the likes of Ja Rule, Ice-T, Shaquille O’Neil, and Usher.

This [kinda NSFW] clip is aimed at one ex-flame, Eddie Winslow – as in Eddie Winslow, from “Family Matters”.

In this latest sex-ploit, Steffans publicly shames her ex – angry YouTube rant style – and holds up each of the goodies Winslow allegedly left in her house, when he left her!

• Superhead is a woman worthy of her nickname,
• When a man leaves you, burn anything he leaves behind (or not, whatevs),
