Bad news for those who enjoy Oprah Winfrey and her product-placing goodness.
A Harpo rep spoke to The Huffington Post and said there were no plans for a Favourite Things 2009. The show is already going to be taken off air. There will only be a small number of opportunities left for the host to name drop and shoehorn placements. The segment, which usually aired Thanksgiving week over the past seven years, has ended. Not only will there be no show, the orgasming/ hyperventilating audience won’t be getting their free goodies either.
