Oprah and Ellen DeGeneres Cover O Magazine

Oprah and Ellen DeGeneres feature on two O magazine covers for December 2009.

The cover came about after Ellen DeGeneres was her usual cutesy self and dropped a tonne of hints on her show. The funny woman went on an 11-month campaign, each more adorable than the next. Her issue made its debut today. There are two covers, one is for newsstands and one for subscribers.

The Get Your Glow On! themed holiday issue hits newsstands November 12.

Um…she (Ellen) reminds me of CNN’s Anderson Cooper with the new do. As I was watching this tonight I commented as much to my bf.

I caught the late-night repeat of the Oprah show and guess who else was on after Oprah alerted us to the Ellen cover of O Magazine?

    Yup…Anderson Cooper!

    1. It’s that kind of joy I miss out on as the show doesn’t air here, and I would never have heard for Anderson Cooper if it weren’t for the net. I think Ellen is adorable and hopefully she’ll find a new “bit” to harp on about on her show.

Is it just me or was Ellen photoshoped to look like an elf there? She’s quite too small (or short) in the cover compared to Oprah.

    1. Welcome to the site, and thanks for the comment, Tonie. I thought that for a moment as well… I think Oprah wanted people to know wh was the “real star” on the cover?
