Lead PCD singer Nicole Scherzinger, 31, and her Formula 1 racing beau Lewis Hamilton, 25, have split up. The couple have given the usual cock-and-bull story of splitting to focus on their careers, despite two years together. At this point it makes one wonder why these people even bother getting together. It’s either just to provide fodder on a slow news day, or just to have the fun of sitting around brainstorming ridic. excuses for breaking up with each other. That reminds me, Mr Grindhouse and I also split. He left to focus on his stamp collection and I to focus on my obsession with Suri Cruise’s high heel shoes.
However obviously fake a reason, the two are officially single. The two began dating after meeting at the MTV Europe Awards in Munich in November 2007. In a joint statement the couple say they wish to focus on going vroom vroom and hogging the spotlight and they have a commitment to remaining friends.
