Nicole Richie launched her new maternity line, Nicole. The exclusive collection was for A Pea in the Pod and debuted at their Beverly Hills, California location.
That is such an adorable brand name, though it drastically overestimates the brainpower of the celebrities in attendance. Here’s betting that the pregnant celebrity women at the event were hungry like a mofo and set about trying to eat all the maternity gear – suspecting it was pea-flavoured.
Well, whatevs, there was a gaggle of pregnant celebrity women at the Pea in the Pod launch for the Nicole range. The maternity line is the latest from the Richie portfolio. The line is a natural progression as of course Richie is expecting her second child. This line follows the initial clothing brand, House of Harlow, named after her daughter. Not sure what happened this time or whether a name has not been chosen just yet, but the clothing name kind of makes me feel bad the little one to be got screwed out of having a clothing brand named after them.
Nicole told Elle UK of pregnancy and clothing, “You really feel like you have to change your whole wardrobe. And that’s the last thing a woman wants to go through. So I really tried to make this line to get women excited about wearing clothes.” The line will feature all of the trademark Nicole Richie looks including boho tops, maxi dresses and headbands.
