Sad news today. Actor, Morgan Freeman, was involved in a car accident, in which he and a female companion were badly injured [Website – Amy Grindhouse].
Freeman reportedly fell asleep at the wheel of his car, yesterday on Highway 32 in Mississippi, around 11:30 PM.
The vehicle, a 1997 Nissan Maxima, them overturned and crashed.
Mississippi Highway Patrol spokesman Ben Williams told Memphis’ NBC affiliate that Freeman and an unidentified female passenger were heading east on Mississippi Highway 32 when his vehicle went off the road. Freeman then overcorrected the vehicle, causing his 1997 Nissan Maxima to flip several times before coming to a rest.“The doors were jammed on the vehicle from the rolling and flipping,”
