Minka Kelly has a tape. Kelly was probably over 18-years-old in the tape. However, TMZ.com is questioning the tape’s age because there’s old timey music (from the late 90s) playing in the background. And it’s not like music can be dubbed in afterward. Nor can music be purchased years after its release. Because THAT’S NOT HOW MUSIC WORKS. Whatever. Let’s assume she’s an adult in the video because the theory she might have been under 18 because an album released before her 18th birthday is playing in the background is pretty flimsy. Kelly made the tape 30-minute tape while in New Mexico using equipment hooked up to the television so she and her boyfriend could watch while the tape was being made. Added because sure, why not, Kelly’s GQ February 2011 shoot.
